Soi 7 - Police problems today?

Have just heard some disturbing news that the Police may have visited Soi 7 a little earlier and deemed it necessary to close a couple of bars.

Have also heard that there are whispers regarding sale of alcohol in this area, limiting to the same times as what is available at Friendship, 7-11's etc.

 

Anyone on the ground there to advise what's happening?

 

Reasonably bleak news I would think, if true.
