wayned
Historically, 1 July has been a bank holiday in Thailand, yearly audit. Since 1 July this year falls on a Saturday does anybody know if the banks will be closed either Friday, 30 June or Monday, 3 July. Neither date is red on the bank's calendar and not listed on the Bank of Thailand's holiday closing schedule. But, TIT!!
allane
The Bank of Thailand's website lists no holiday or substitution day for this year.

themerg
Check with your local bank branch. I live in Chiang Mai. I have Bangkok Bank. My branch at Central Festival Mall will be open but many will be closed. I asked already at my branch. Find out today instead of the date your bank is on holiday. I was stuck extra days for 2 years because of the md-year bank holiday. There is also an end of year bank holiday on or near December 30 to January 1 every year.
