So my wife (who is a teacher at a government school) got a form to update her details and the director instructed her to put my name on there as well...something to do with free public hospital care.

Neither of us knew about this so can someone tell me if there are any other benefits to being married to a government officer?  

The brown uniform doesn't count I think..
