Four arrest warrants issued for murder of 63-year-old man

BANGKOK: -- Bangkok’s Ratchadapisek Criminal Court has issued arrest warrants for four men for their alleged roles in the fatal assault of Sajja Prasai, a 63-year-old driver of a commuter passenger truck, on Saturday night.

 

Arthit Sondonprai, 25, and Surachet Phojad, 29, are wanted for the charges of simple assault, deadly assault and intrusion into a residence at night, while Ampol Khlangthong, 32, and Narongchai Rakluan, 29, face charges of simple assault and nighttime intrusion. 

 

Police applied for the warrants based on CCTV recordings of the Saturday night incident in Soi Chokchai 4 where Sajja was assaulted by two attackers. 

 

Sajja reportedly was hiding in an apartment after fleeing from the attackers, with whom he had had an argument.

 

Two residents and a security guard tried to intervene and capture Arthit and Surachet as they were fleeing on a motorbike when they were assaulted by the pair and the other two men who had arrived on another motorcycle. 

 

The four men then fled as police were alerted.

 

Sajja was rushed to hospital but he succumbed to a fatal head injury.

After an argument.... with a 63 yr old man.....

 

Jungle Thais must have lost face or had their godly ego threatened. How awful for them.

And the follow up will be that all four are the Sons of Policemen and the case will be swept under the carpet !

 

RIP the unfortunate victim of these underclass scum.

It's a pity the old man wasn't a police major General and had his service gun in his pocket..... 

It sounds like the four murderers have had light sentences put on them.

killed by these four low lifes.

If that was the one on video he took about 30 kicks to his head "Viscous kicks" fully 

intent on killing him,why not Murder charges ???............

If the four men are poor, they're headed for jail.

If the four men are rich, they'll be fine.
