90 Day On-Line Reporting

I have previously done my last seven 90 day reports on line without any difficulties , perhaps i have been lucky , but yesterday i open Internet explorer and go to to the Immigration website  https://extranet.immigration.go.th/fn90online/online/tm47/TM47Action.do?cmd=acceptTerm   that i have been using for years thats saved asd a favorite on my laptop. The site will no longer open having tried it again today , so i am was thinking perhaps the have changed the thai immigration website. Therefore i googled Thai Immigration and discovered a compleatly new website  https://www.immigration.go.th/index . It appears that indeed they have changed there website but this new one is terrible nothing seems to work on it and its seems to be impossible to do a 90 day report on line anymore , also my last on line 90 day report that i did on April 19  i can now not access the record of it that was logged in the old system. 

I would appreciate some help regarding this and wondered if i am the only one having this problem

I assume you are probably getting this message "Failure of Web Server bridge" using the link you posted.

The site is down at this time. 

It has been down most of the time since late December. But was up again until a few days ago.

There is a ongoing discussion about it on the pinned topic for online reporting.

Thank You Joe , i wonder if you could tell me is it the still the old Immigration web site i should be using  https://extranet.immigration.go.th/fn90online/online/tm47/TM47Action.do?cmd=acceptTerm or the newer one or perhaps there the same as it says still under constuction and i get this message .

The link you posted still goes to the site but it gives a "Failure of Web Server bridge" message. Apparently they have shut down the link from the extranet to the site. Others have al;so reported getting that message the last few days.

Apparently you were clicking the button on the new immigration website for online services that goes to this page https://www.immigration.go.th/content/online_serivces  that is not set up yet. I assume it will have links that will take you to online 90 day reporting and other online services such the one for hotels to report their guests (also down at this time).

Update on Reporting online

 

It does not work  I do not understand why they have a system that does not work If it was something Thais needed to do online it would work flawlessly However since they have had online reporting for Foreigners it has never worked properly  I have never been able to report online

 

If you are going to do something to make it easy for foreigners then do it otherwise just scrap this since it does not work very well. Let a multinational website builder do this site, not some amateur as is self-evident

Why did you dig up a months old topic to post your rant on. There is pinned topic at the top of the page to post on.

I was just able to open the online report site. Not sure why you cannot do the report.

If you want do to do another post about the problems you have do it at the end of this page of the pinned  pinned topic.
