Just tried to call to some friends in Europe with my mobile but always the same announcement:

"......number is not assigned, please check and try again.........."

I have phoned so many times with 12call never a problem before, but now.

What's wrong?

Generally all lines are bad at this time because of the broken cables under Taiwan. All IP traffic is going over europe causing huge traffic jams, so to speak

Also, the phone network is going to be extremely congested for the next 12 hours+ due to the new year, my advice is to keep trying, you will get through eventually
