Anyone know where to buy this in BKK? 

 

 

I have several recipes for bread that call for buttermilk powder. I've looked at about half a dozen supermarkets around BKK and haven't found it.

Similar question, has someone seen buttermilk here? I had replies in another thread some time ago that Villa would have them. But couldn't find it yet.

I sometimes make scones. The recipe calls for buttermilk which I have never seen here. My answer is to make my own buttermilk substitute, and this is how you do it:

Takes seconds, costs nothing extra over the cost of regular milk. Works fine in all recipes I have tried. As lemons are not common here, just use manao juice.
