Since the start if this month I've been in a pre-diet, before the July 31st. BSD. Cut out the grog and cutting back on the rice and increasing the exercise.By the time I get to the start of the BSD I feel I'll need a meal plan change and head re-inforcement, so that's why I want a prepared meal replacement.
