robblok
Recently I stumbled over an article promoting peppermint to enhance cardio performance. I have been doing cardio in the morning and weightlifting sessions in the evenings. I don't like cardio but its healthy and burns fat. So i do it, so i was interested in this article and it seemed to be backed up by science so i bought some peppermint oil on ebay. I have been using it a few days and i see some performance increase. It could be the placebo effect I will know more later but studies claim it is effective. I always read a lot to see how i can make my training better or more effective.. what diets work and what dont ect. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3607906/

robblok
I used it and it did help but not as much as I expected. Plus i put it in the bedroom at night to make me breathe better. (that really helps) But i got sinus problems because i got a deviate septum so often one of my nose holes is blocked.
Justfine
Since adding pineapple pieces to shakes I've noticed a better recovery from training.
