Rimmer
Police practice snatching theft response PATTAYA:--Pattaya police practiced their response to the city’s many snatching robberies in hopes of catching more of the thieves on motorbikes in the act. Pol. Lt. Col. Korn Samakanay led the July 13 drill for suppression, investigation and traffic inspectors in South Pattaya. The exercise saw two “thieves” in full-facemask motorcycle helmets snatch a handbag from a “tourist” on Pratamnak Hill’s Soi Kasetsin 5 and ride off toward Jomtien Beach. The theft report was called in by the victim and patrol police were dispatched to the scene, where they quickly took the description of the bandits and called for backup. Golden Triangle
They are joking aren't they ? I mean, the only time you ever see that many cops in one place is usually on a Friday along one of the many checkpoints on the railway road

'Police practice snatching theft response' Pattaya police do not need to practise snatching theft - they do it every month. Their response is a blank face. colinneil
Why do the police here come up with stupid ideas for catching crooks? You know nets to throw over the crooks, then stupid unwieldy sticks, now many policemen surrounding a motorbike. More like the Keystone cops everyday, keep it up boys, getting my daily dose of humour from your antics.
