Paypal address verification? Bangkok bank will not give a statement in english!

Hello, Paypal are asking me for verification of my account to unlock it as they have currently locked the account.

They want a utility bill or bank statement for verification of my address but when i went to bangkok bank they charged me 100 baht for a statement in thai language which paypal rejected! The bank said that cannot print off the statement in english? Not sure what else to do as i have no utility bills.

Why don't you ask for help from PayPal Thailand?
