Anyone done one there recently and if so what did they ask for in the way of documentation.

I'm on last 30 days of 90  day entry ( expires 25th Aug' ) on a multi entry O which is valid till Nov' this year.

Just don't want to travel at the moment. ( Hip and back problem )

Unless you have a Thai wife there is no extension that can be applied for.  If  you are able to secure a hospital doctors letter which states you are actively receiving medical treatment AND are unable to travel you might be given an extension for up to 90 days at the discretion of the IO.

Yes, married.

Just asking what the Rayong/Maptaphut office require in case there is anything unusual.

Blue house book,  wife's ID card, obviously my passport, TM card and 1900 baht, address report done already on last entry etc and or anything else for that office?

Get the feeling no-one has done it before so I'll post back on it.

Not sure how people from Rayong that are members that can answer you question.

Basic is you wife being with you, marriage certificate plus a copy, copies of your wife's house book register and ID card. Proof of residence will also be needed and possibley a TM30 form

Got the receipt in my passport from there for address report and obviously the other papers are easy.

Lets see how it goes.

Can't be Rayong specific, but when a local expat asked me the same question, I told him to take;

Passport.

Copy of Homepage

Copy of Non Imm O

Copy of last entry stamp.

TM6 + copy

Marriage certificate + copy

Wife's Tabien Baan + Copy

Wife's ID card + copy

The wife

He later told me it was granted no problem.

In Jomtien, in addition to my current TM-30, I needed landlord's id, his tabien-bahn, and the tabien-bahn of the condo I rent from him.  Hopefully, all that is not required where you are - I'd just try what you have, but be prepared for additional requests.

Would be most interested in hearing what you were, in the event, required to provide since I am planning to seek a 60-day extension for the purposes of visiting my Thai wife at Rayong Immigration in due course, so as to buy more time to accumulate and season 400,000 THB in my Thai bank account for my next annual extension where I shall be switching from retirement to marriage thanks to the British Embassy's decision to pull the plug on their income confirmation letters!

I will say that Rayong immigration has really improved in the last 2 years having got rid of the deadwood and reorganising how they process applicants and are very helpful now. The 90 day reporting for Cambodia, Laos & Myanmar is a new office now so less kaos in the main office.

Agreed. And they only ask for a new TM30 in the case of longstay non-immigrants when (and if) they change their addresses.

my wife has email contact because of our resort business (TM30 reports)  plus she has a Line contact and as I previously said they are so helpful now.
