As we approached the Pattaya under pass yesterday I asked my wife rhetorically "when will this Eighth Wonder of the World be opened?" She asked me why I'd called it that. My reply was that their are thousands of road users wondering when the bloody thing will be opened. What is the delay? I did read that they had dug parts of it up. That was quick by Thai standards. And another that a pawnshop was in legal dispute with the constructors, or is that all balls? Any inside info?:saai:
