More charges, interrogation for bar girl murder suspects ahead of Aug. 22 indictment

The five suspects in the murder of Khon Kaen bar girl Warisara Klinjui, 22, on May 25 are scheduled to be indicted on Aug. 22, but before that, public prosecutors have asked police to perform further interrogation of the five in hopes of pressing more charges against them.

 

In light of a 706-page statement passed to prosecutors by police last Friday, state lawyers now think they may be able to add additional charges. Prosecutor Wichet Saenkham said that he was not at liberty to reveal what new charges could be added, reported Bangkok Post.

 

Suspects Preeyanuch Nonwangchai, 24, Kawita Ratchada, 25, Apiwan Sattayabundit, 28, Wasin Namprom, 22, and Jidarat Promkhun, 21, will appear at Khon Kaen Provincial Court for indictment.

Guess murder 1 is not enough reason to cap them so lets pull some more finger nails and toe nails.

Especially when murder carries a 500 baht fine only - no, that's manslaughter, so murder must be at least 10 times that. Better think of more charges!

the 500 baht fine is only for hiso people, poor people will go to jail.
