Jockstar
Hi just spoke to livinginexile and he said he has been unable to log onto TV for about a week. Keeps getting an error. He is using IE but i suggested Firefox and hes still getting problems. What would you suggest?
Wolfie
Just checked his profile, no action against him from a moderator so the problem must be his end. I suggest clearing down cookies/temp files etc and trying again. If that doesn't work ask him to log in from a different workstation (try a net cafe or a friends pc) and see if he can log in... .. let me know what happens. Jockstar
Its not an error.Sorry! He said his browser is timing out. Any ideas?
Wolfie
Sounds like an ISP/Internet based problem then, where abouts is he based? That earthquake severed a load of fiber optic cables and the ISP's are having to reroute internet traffic. Its possible his ISP hasn't rerouted calls to this site. Can he ping other sites? google.com for instance, bbc.co.uk, cnn.com etc?

lopburi3
A problem has been found in a Singapore relay point for some connections from Oz and is being worked on so that might be the problem.
Old Croc
I've been off line for a while also. Thanks to Totster particularly, and admin support for finding the problem and getting things moving again.
