The "consensual sex" claim is BS.  A 13 year old plied with alcohol and quaalude is in no condition to consent.  Also, there is no evidence the sex was consensual, there was only absence of evidence that she resisted.  In her drugged out state that is understandable.

There's some very strange opinions in this thread. It seems if you are from Hollywood you get a free pass. 

 

Lot's of celebs, including many females defended him too. Whoopi Goldberg said "It wasn't 'rape', rape"

 

 

Sickening.

 

News out today is that Marianne Barnard has come forward claiming Polanski molested her at 10 years old. Be interesting to see how the members here make that OK too.
