I would not know. I do not have a smart phone nor do I want one. When I have to resort to such methods to make a simple statement then I will know it is time to give up.

No sir, those not from EU get their passports stamped not entitled to state benefits. They must present their passport to make any claims. 

Hardly surprising. The high crime of "overstaying" is nearly as dangerous as defamation and LM laws. It is entirely out of proportion to any possible harm done.
