With all the rumors of a coup in the air maybe the FAT CAT is limiting access at the moment. I spoke to my GF(Thai) 30 mins ago who went to BKK today and she said there was a signifigant military presence

Is that the correct URL? or this one > http://www.cat.net.th/

One more > CAT Telecom

It was the one indexed on Google.com

The ones I show also showed in Google, the one you show doesn't. Running cat.or.th through whois shows no such domain. Perhaps old cached info in Google.
