Donations honouring late King total over Bt744 million

As people from all corners of Thailand continued to visit the Grand Palace’s Dusit Maha Prasart Throne Hall to pay respects before the Royal Urn of the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej, the Bureau of Royal Household on Thursday reported that 9,940,205 people had done so over the past 301 days. 

During the same period, public merit-making donations for the late King totalled Bt744,337,982.

The beloved monarch passed away on October 13 last year. The Royal Cremation for the late king is scheduled for October 25-29.
