Man shot dead by federal agents in Minneapolis

ICE agents shot 37-year-old nurse Alex Pretti in the chest during chaotic Minneapolis protests! The explosive incident was caught on video, showing violent clashes between agents and protesters. Voices rang out as gunfire cracked the tense standoff, leaving residents shocked and outraged.

Alex Pretti, a kind-hearted ICU nurse, tragically became the latest victim in a boiling conflict with ICE. Pretti's death sent shockwaves through the community. Friends and colleagues mourned him as a compassionate hero devoted to helping critically ill veterans. Minnesota’s Governor Tim Walz slammed ICE for their aggressive actions, declaring the officers “violent” and demanding they leave the state immediately.

Shockingly, a US law enforcement officer reportedly had a finger bitten off by a protester during the mayhem. US Homeland Security claims tempers flared as protesters “obstructed and assaulted” officers on the scene. Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin fired off on social media, declaring, “He will lose his finger,” amidst the uproar.

What’s next for Minneapolis? The aftermath has left residents questioning future protests and law enforcement strategies. National and local authorities are on high alert as tensions threaten to escalate even further.

Key Takeaways

  • ICE agents shoot ICU nurse Alex Pretti amid Minneapolis chaos!

  • Law enforcement officer loses finger in violent protest clash!

  • Governor Walz demands ICE’s immediate exit from Minnesota!

It's not virtue signalling. You are celebrating a young man being shot to death for not doing much at all.

Other than breaking the law. Why he was shot is still speculation. What can't be denied is he went there armed and physically resisted/took on armed ICE officers.

What's unfolding in Minneapolis is a stark testament to the profound moral crisis facing the US under trumpian-rule!

We are seeing concerned local citizens, braving the biting cold, standing as a courageous frontline against an evil regime whose actions increasingly betray the fascist hallmarks of their unaccountable power; militarized repression of dissent; and, the dehumanization of those who dare to oppose it.

This struggle for justice by the people of Minneapolis is a valiant defense of fundamental rights as decreed in the First Amendment, while federal agents continue to operate with terrifying impunity and government blessing. Each frozen person in the protest is a rebuke to the vile system that places the cruelty of enforcement above the community's basic right to protest against a government bereft of any human decency.

Yet, this tragic episode with the death of Alex Pretti (who was a healer, not a combatant) forces a deeper reckoning. The protesters’ righteous cause is being met with a level of brutal escalation that risks rendering their sacrifice Pyrrhic.

With a second civilian now dead at the hands of a federal agent, and the government machinery swiftly moving to label these citizens as "terrorists", the government's strategy becomes crystal clear: to justify further violence by criminalizing anyone who dissents.

For those brave people of Minneapolis, the cold is not the only deadly enemy they face; it is the chilling and calculated narrative of a power structure that would rather vilify and bury its victims than address the foundational injustices that forced people into the streets.

These citizens' fight for their community continues, but at a mounting cost that highlights the trumpian-regime's utter lack of morals or scruples.

Trump's "terrorists" are, for me at least, democracy's true "patriots"!

There is a better video from the side where the first ICE agent pulls his gun and shoots the first round, then continues shooting. To me, they seemed to have panicked. They took the gun from him, then you can hear someone say "He has got a gun", then the ICE agent pulls his gun and shoots him--- others follow.

Wouldn't surprise me at all. The goons are all people too stupid to become cops and too scared to enlist in the military. They come straight from their mum's basement, wher they have spent the last 10 years playing Call of Duty, and cosplaying in the local militia.

Give them 5 weeks of training, assault rifles and then send them out on the streets. Great plan!

Nothing you state is clear. Again, with him already disarmed what danger did he pose?

Did they all know he was disarmed? Did he know he'd been disarmed and actually went for his gun that wasn't there anymore? Did the agents know he'd been fully disarmed and had no other weapons? Did they fk up completely? Why did he go to the protest armed and with two extra clips? There's plenty of questions to be answered for sure.

Yep, Adam, you're right. Too many videos exist from all angles. They will, of course, blame it on the victim but it will be even more lame of an attempt than the cover-up of the Renee Good murder.

This is all on Trump and MAGA. ****** fascist *****!

Disgusting by ICE and trump is the idiot clown behind it all.

Either way neither kirk nor Trump was responsible for her behaviour, it was all her own doing with a little help from the lefties who encouraged her to act in such a stupid manner

Here's a good idea. I'll take this with me and go and get in the face of armed ICE officers. I'd better take an extra two high capacity clips with me for good measure.

Then also actively obstruct officers, which is a crime, now he is committing a crime and carrying a loaded weapon, nothing good can come from that.....again, Darwinism.

I don't know the details of the event, and the truth is, I don't want to know anymore. It is sickening. The enemies of the USA are dancing a jig of delight as Americans turn on each other. Surely, they can do better than to kill each other over this? The deceased was a productive member of society. He deserved better than this.

Just think if MN's local & state police, sheriffs & Nat. Guard all helped ICE to enforce the warrants for illegal alien criminals, simply enforcing the law, I'm guessing by now, ICE wouldn't even be in MN.

Or even better, MN wasn't a sanctuary state protecting illegal alien criminals to begin with, then ICE wouldn't need a presence there at all.

The mind boggles, and y'all can't see the forest for the tree.

Instead, flood the streets with more people with guns, what could possibly go wrong.

I wish states were allowed to secede the USA.

From what's being said this guy had no ID at all on him. Under Minnesota law someone who is licenced to conceal carry MUST carry ID. Leaves his ID behind and takes two extra fully loaded clips. I wonder if MSM and the left are mentioning this?

Ten shots...over a cellphone. The question remains: why would a kind-hearted ICU nurse be carrying a gun to a protest? Was he on his way to work?

The photo makes it look like it was left on a car seat. Or was it actually holstered on his person?

In any case, no excuse for murdering him.

If true, your source doesn't sound very reliable, totally irrelevant to the murder.

How is it irrelevant? He was carrying concealed. He should have made this clear to the agents. He was licenced to carry concealed yet he didn't havehis licence or it seems any ID on him which by law he was required to have. This is not irrelevant? Had he disclosed he was carrying concealed and cooperated rather than resisting aggressively this thread wouldn't exist.

Why don't people just let law enforcement do their job. They are arresting felons, murderers, child rapist, rapist, real hard core criminals. Why are they trying to protect people that live to harm them.

The job is bad enough, now they have people surrounding them, pointing things at them ... what could possible go wrong.

Whether a good or a bad shooting ... what are these idiots thinking. Just let them clear the illegals criminals out.

What should I do today, oh I know ... go F with a bunch of armed people already an edge, trying to protect me from criminals. While at it, I think I'll point sh!t at them. Better yet, I'll ram them with me car.

I'll take my gun and extra rounds, but swear, I don't plan on using them. As you never know when 10-20-30 or 45 may attack me for no reason. (My Glock w/ 2 extra mags = 46 rounds)

I'm actually surprised more haven't been injured or killed.

Exactly!

Many folks in the US own guns, over 30%, as is their right, but most of them use their guns at a range, so sport shooting, or for hunting, or purely as home defense, so protection.

What they don't do is carry their weapons to protests, where ICE agents are operating knowing that tensions are high , things can go wrong and people might get hurt, its just plain stupid!

Well, it seems ICE having guns is stupid, they kill USA civilians, give them tasers, though they might be a bit too complicated for them....😒
