Any death from a communicable disease is required by law to be reported to the Lancaster County Coroner’s Office. Parsons spoke at length with senior staff and with Coroner Dr. Stephen Diamantoni. Their answer: zero measles deaths in Lancaster County. They have one death of a person who died WITH measles, but not FROM measles. They know nothing about a second death.

Diamantoni said “no measles deaths were handled by our office,” while the office was investigating an infant who tested positive for measles and died of a ruptured spleen.

My guess is that the pa.gov is deliberately conflating FROM Measles and WITH measles.

Happened a lot during Covid, too.

Call me cynical, but I don't believe them when they claim (from your link): DOH will not release any additional details that could personally identify these individuals and their families.

Age, location, comorbidities and other details would be handy, and not even come close to personally identifying the victims or their families They're hiding something.

Are you claiming that Europe, Canada, and Mexico aren't also having measles outbreaks? Because that's easily verifiable. You know what they all share in common? Not Trump, not RFK, Jr and not vaccine hesitance. Lots of unvetted migrants.
