Really strange you've never been able to do an OTA update. And what's stranger IMO based on that 13.1.32.2212081.1 software number (representing a 8 Dec 2022 software date) it's like your Atto software has never been updated....even the dealership hasn't updated it during the service/maintenance visits. I would definitely be asking (demanding) why the software/firmware hasn't been updating "especially not even being updated during service visits." When you do get your Atto software updated to the latest version you'll be lost for a week in trying to figure all the changes, where old settings/icons moved to, new apps, etc....etc....etc. Question: did the dealership tell you that after X-years your car will no longer get software updates? Like where you said since your Atto is 3 years old it no longer gets updates. And this is not to be confused with the SIM only providing 2 years of 2GB/month mobile data....because even after 2 years the SIM still continues to use a small amount of data for basic/core vehicle communications to the BYD mothership. It's just non-core apps like Spotify, Youtube, Google Maps, etc., are not allowed data access after that 2 years of 2GB/month data allotment is expired.
