The good news in CM is as long as you return to the same CM address as before you departed and that TM 30 is stapled in your passport, no need to do a new/another TM 30. CM certificate of residence took 3 weeks by mail sent to your address that you provide on the day you turn in all your documents including TM-30 and in my case house ownership/wife ID card… you have to have some type of tenant rental agreement at the very least or property structure ownership…. DMV took my documents and said come back tomorrow at a specified time…whole process took 75 minutes but 2 trips…got 6 years I don’t think you qualify?

And block the view and decision making of the auto driver?
