So what that I think it could mean is that because of the upgrade all followed content has been erased for everyone and NOT because your downgrade from Gold to apprentice member, but that said...... As I don't use that function, I hope again that @CharlieH or another member who uses that "Followed Content" which is available under "Clicking your Username in the upper left corner and then scrolling down" if they see content from before the upgrade and can confirm this.

I am a bit confused sorry, but how does resetting you from being a gold member to an apprentice member causes to lose data. For my clarification where did you store this data? Or how did you access it?

I haven't changed anything in my profile (since the new software) so i must have set that previously but I think that solves @still kicking problem. Well done @KhunLA

If you ask me, but I am just guessing here, that the new software doesn't take into account the years you are a member but how many posts you got. I could be wrong of course, so let's wait what @CharlieH or another Admin says about it.

Another example of Arbitrariness by the different IO's in the country. Our IO also required the pictures on the bed when applying for the Marriage extension. But that said, it's not your local IO that dictates the documents for the Marriage extension as it's NOT a local IO decision, but the documents gets send to the Regional HQ and there they decide it if you are granted an extension or not, and that is why (AFAIK) you have the under consideration period for Marriage extensions.

(In the picture it states under 3.3 that the documents that must be handed over to immigration has to follow the guidelines under 3.1 and 3.2, for example statement 1 year. *3.1*) Photo of residence, that is necessary for Marriage, but apparently this IO wants it for Retirement as well

I think you might be confusing with the 1 year statement. Bangkok bank can issue up to a 6 month statement on the same day you get the bank letter. Only for the 1 year statement you have to wait 1 week to get it from Bangkok Bank as it (I assume) comes from the Head Office) When I did my recent extension I was at Bangkok Bank at 10:30am (time they open) got the bank letter and the 6th month statement, and was before 12pm at Immigration and left immigration with my new extension at around 1pm. IO only wanted the Bank Letter and not the 6 month statement. I think that was because I am using a Fixed Deposit account and not a savings account.

That is another thing that is different for each IO again, our IO wants the Bank Letter dated THE DAY you go to Immigration, the bank letter a day early is unfortunately NOT accepted. Deposit is also required because they want to see some movement on that day.

Before getting the bank letter and don't, when you withdraw, that you DON'T DIP UNDER THE 800.000 THB

Bangkok Bank did previously for my Savings account added pages as well if it was full and the new bank book then had only one line printed with the balance as of that date, but they did not do that for my Fixed Deposit account. My Fixed Deposit Book was full and they made copies from my passport, latest extension of stay and they also shoved a piece of paper under my nose which stated - My address - My Phone Number - Passport Number - Nationality etc etc (but not visa status) And I had to sign it to certify it had the correct information on it.
