I am also looking at the Forester as a family SUV. Dealer is offering THB 200k discount from the showroom price of THB 1.47m for the eyesight model.

Have also looked at the new Ford Everest Sport (2wd) at 1.524m with the safety pack.

I cant decide between the 2!

I have a Pajero - had the wife listened to me we would have a Forester, so personally I would take that over an Everest

Dr Eric Berg is an awesome nutritionist, but he does not advocate for a plant based diet. That may be your preference, not mine. I followed his amazingly revelationary videos, as well as Dr Ken Berry ("Normal Human Diet", and "Lies Your Doctor Told You" author), and Dr Sten Eckberg (athlete and MD)  and some others, all along the same lines with Ketogenic diet, no sugar, no seed oils, no alcohol, low carb, no between meal snacking, Intermittent fasting, exercise (not necessarily HIIT).

Weight loss wasn't a big issue for me, but in the first month I dropped 5 kilos without really trying. What was a big issue was recovering from about 4 years of pain and relative inactivity and bilateral hip replacement surgeries, with all the pain meds and anti-biotics that go along with it. I've been able to drop all prescription meds and NSAIDs, reverse all acute and chronic conditions, high BP, GERD, BPH.  No Covid, colds or flu. After almost a year into a modified keto plan, at 75 I'm sleeping good, getting up to pee only once at night instead of 4 or 5 times. I'm happy to be back out off-road mountain biking, swimming laps and  lite weight training. No more joint inflamation even with metal knees and hips. I've still got a ways to go, but I feel like I'm getting younger not older.

He is a chiro - not a nutritionist

    T Cut is old style.

There is a more advanced two in one product called Silicone Wax Rubbing Compound, as used by car body shops.

Found in shops that supply automotive paints. Works wonders, cuts n polishes in one go.

    any brand you can recommend?

Don't worry, I'll boreA$$ the hell out of y'all after it arrives ... ????  Surely keeping close track of first 5k kms; around town at NEDC/WTLP speeds, and popping up to Hua Hin, down to Ban Krut as 90 kph testers, maybe 120.

See if that 40% use (40-80% ) around town gives those rated ranges.  Keeping at 40-80% for long battery life.

    Arrive hopefully before Xmas ????

    Did you test drive?

Unless it’s a respray it shouldn’t have happened. Do I remember that it’s a pickup from about 2012.

TBH I would take it to a detailer eg like BlocC and see if it can be saved. Cost maybe 1500-2000Baht.

Unfortunately not one of those here in Phuket

You just have to plan a little, what's the hurry?

Not often you have the opportunity to exceed 100km/h in Bangkok, not legally anyway. As a daily-driver it would be fine.

I don't live in Bangkok - the fact that it is limited so low is the concern

Testosterone replacement therapy is a not a simple matrer and as others have said, you need to get baseline lab tests and should best be  under the supervision of a doctor specializing in it, at least in the beginning.

Exactly this - self diagnosis of hormones is akin to home dentistry with a black & decker, maybe it works but if not,........

Did they sell out the Thai allotment ?   Or simply need to order one ?

A bit of good business, along with supply & demand with practical delivery date sort of.  Within 6 months is a bit vague ????

Annoying having to wait, but if helps them control inventory & price, guess it's worth it.  Actually surprised it didn't happen earlier.   Never understood the ol' USA auto manufacturers forcing dealers to take so many units every year.   Meant selling leftovers from previous year at little profit, just to make way for new inventory. Proved to be a failed system.

I even had to wait for my e-scooter (DECO) as they didn't have one in red.  When I went to the manufacturer/importer's showroom in Nakhon Pathom, they didn't even have any of the SUSU models to test ride, and actually test drove a customer's scooter around the parking lot.  All I really needed to do, to test torque and that sold me.

Had 50+ sold scooters sitting in shipping area waiting to go to dealers.

As i understand the ORA will not resume order taking until Oct - I assume due to chip shortages etc....

She doesn't secretly eat junk. She does it openly. And why? Because eating low-fat food doesn't satisfy her, so she has to eat sugar-filled food. So technically, you're right: Eating low-fat food will not make you fat. But eating the things that eating low-fat food make you want to eat will make you fat.

Low fat foods are more often than not sugar laden in order to make them appealing to eat - they are low fat, not necessarily low calorie

I also thought PHEV is the way to go. today i think BEV is the right decision for myself.

    PHEV:
    - maintenance costs for 2 engines (ICE and electric)
    - limited range if driven only electrically
    - fuel consumption high when the battery is empty (extra weight)
    - petrol is more expensive than electricity

    BEV:
+ we usually don't drive more than 50-80 km per day
+ but we also go every year for one or more road trips (up to 4'000 km).

to plan charging stop is not an issue for me. we prefer  to have

a lot of breaks and we have plenty of time!
+ with a BEV it makes also sense to invest in solar

I agree on all of these, solar makes the most sense for sure.

In order for them to be producing milk for humans the cows on most farms are forced to be  artificially inseminated, then when they give birth the calf is immediately taken away from them (causing them great distress).

After that they are milked every day for many more months past their natural time they would provide milk naturally for their calf.  This provides a massive strain of the health of the cow, so it is fed antibiotics constantly in its feed to keep it dying from infections.

Most are also kept in dark dirty stalls where they have no space to even walk about, leading to lameness.  Many never even get to eat grass, instead fed an corn or vegetable by products not fit for human consumption.

Next time you are out in the countryside here go and take a look at the conditions dairy cows are kept in.  You will be disgusted.

And it's hardly any better in the West with factory farming.

Not all farms are factory farms & not all factory farms are the same....... just as not all vegans are militant imbeciles with a penchant for misplaced piousness, however much they try to prove me wrong
