Vehicle Inspector Reassigned Amid Deadly School Bus Fire Probe
khunphil replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
That's Thailand, "mai pen rai" attitude, but I can "live with it" on private cars, even if not acceptable, or dangerous .. But when we deal with bus, taxi, minivan, song-teow, that everyone can use, we really need to do a proactive check yearly. Really sad story .... -
That's often how this works between Financing company and car reseller... profit has to come from one way or another. I was once refused to pay cash a Toyota sure car, as I needed to get a 2 or 3 years loan mandatory.

Thai PM Defends Changes to Property Rules for Foreign Buyers
khunphil replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Hi, what happen if the Thai owner dies ? Does the family need to respect the document ? Does the owner, one day, has the right to leave in this same house ? Little bit OT but I try ... 😉 Phil. -
Another newbie but practical question 🤔 When I charge the car, anywhere, including my family house, does the app get an history of where I charged and how much did it cost? So I can pay for it, say, at the end of the month . Or is it up to me to fill an excel file correctly?

I mean, sorry for my bad English wording, that I was surprised to see so many BYD on the road (northern Thailand at least) and not in the article... Just to be clear. 🙂
-
That was my concern 😉 yes

Trending ? I am surprised ad I did not see many of those EV cars on the roads ... or maybe around Bangkok ? I saw many Neta / Atto3 / Ora / MG4, and they are not in this listing. Or trending means "coming soon on your roads". English is not my first language. Anyway, nice to see new models, some of them are quite expensive.

I would say.. many complaints as it is in every forums .... forum is the place when the people complains (social complains...) , it can be ICE/EV/Travel/even Business Class. Are we going to complain and spend time in forum to say : all is OK ? Not often..better to do. I prefer to speak with people who owns one, for some months or even a year, to hear real problems. Do you ? If yes, please give me information, I am all ears. And yes, it can be worrying to move from ICE to EV when you have no experience, and no home charger ... I am not shy to say it.

Any other cheap car to buy, to bring the kid at school and save on Gazoline expense ? around 40km / day . Will welcome ideas ...
-
Quoted 13,500 on their website ... not bad. Will check more later. (Model 2023 and not 2024 / 50,000km) . That could be the old one ... anyway the first year is free normally Philip.

Just received a quote frox AXA premium for new Neta V2 at 22k....wow... Anything better than this? Or all EV car are overpriced for insurance premium?
-
Not willing to go into that discussion... But It can be that Europe numbers are not that optimistic... Bad propaganda, new tax reform on Chinese ev, allergic to new things, and angry facing the new 2035 ICE law. ... But Europe is maybe not leading anymore, and that in many domains.... My 2 cents.
-
But it seems that new models are more high end, suv,.. I would like to see new Neta/Ora competitors 😎

Yeast are the same as lovostatins.. Except that you can't know exactly the dose you are ingesting. Take care about this. Lower your body inflammation and the cholesterol should lower do. It is not the bad guy here... Just as the firemen always near the burnt house...

Hi ... what's your BMI if you want to share ? Also, do not think that Health Supplements are safe because they are only Vitamins, or Nutriments ... Eat organic, do Intermittent Fasting, understand how your body works, soft workout before eating, HIIT if necessary (if too much fat) ... but most of all , listen to your body, try not to ingest unnatural products, even in a box with 3 stars and a golden label... Your body will find a way. Just give him natural organic unprocessed food. Now if you are taking statins ... hum... it's time to learn. I wish you all the best.

Sorry if you said it already, just by curiosity, what car is it ?
-
Cute car but really short range and maybe not fit for 4 people. Also I don't know Wulling that much but this could be another topic. Will try to visit them anyway. Thanks

Is it always written down on the charging station?
-
So, how much, in a PTT station, will it cost me to fill Up my Neta V2. Real life example welcome. And this for... 350km me thinking... If anyone can give info... Selling old old ICE Mazda which loves gas so much!

Sorry, new to this thread but is it only BYD who offers free charging ? MG and GWM no ?
-
I would say "Nuea Pla" for "fish meat" or "filet. เนื้อปลา

Not that easy as we must learn to define "hunger", and to make the difference between "being hungry" for real, and "time to eat". And your brain is not your friend here ...
-
Some good advises in this thread. To make it short, it is time to understand how your body works, why you are "hungry" at fixed times, what is making you getting fat, where does running/exercise get their sugar from (Blood, Liver, fat cells or muscles)... and so on. Learn and listen to your body, not your brain which is only asking for sugar. The reasonable answer is to prepare your own food, as the subject was specific of Thai country. And yes some restaurants, mostly foreign ones, will listen to your specific needs. The mai pen rai culture in Thailand does not help to respect your needs on a long term basis. Get away from any form of sugar (99% of 7/11 products), push on vegetable / meat. Learn how to eat. Always do your workout before eating anything, then you will use your fat (if you don't go fast). Fat burning is low level cardio, a smartwatch can help you. Then you will burn ketones ! Two last things : 1 - eat your calories, NEVER drink them ... 1 apple is better than 1 (real) apple juice. Tea/Coffee/Water are your drinks ! 2 - never eat your carbs "naked" ... Begin (or mix) vegetables, good oil, or even meat, then carbs will act differently on insulin. Organic food will multiply the good effects. Good luck ! Easy to loose 10-15kg in 6 months.
