    Just can't see transport companies abandoning their rotten highway trucks to use rail transport. Maybe they will when the rail grid nationally is completed.....in what..20 years?

    Thai drivers and their damn phones! Rear end crashes are so common here....obviously not all drivers are blind...but most use phones endlessly from what we see...... Police don't care...they're the same!

    Just the other day we saw the courts ban 10 people from politics for 10 years.....these people will be next! Thaksin et al, will rid any opposing parties very quickly.

    The umbrella mafia is a huge and permitted scam. The local Tessaban crooks take the fees and could care less about anything else. Park in "their" area and expect types slashed......and as usual, the cops don't want to know about anything!

    Cleaning beach sand with a sieve...shouldn't take too long! Of course, beach cleaning machines are virtually unheard of here, although ChaAm tessaban has one hidden that has been unused for a decade...they don't care!

    This scene looks fantastic....just needs a few more boats! This is the reason smart countries are starting to refuse tourists...there's just too many of them! But Thailand wants more and to hell with the environment!

    These invasive fish are everywhere.....pretending that someone will "control" things, is just speak! These fish are the main fish species in a pond near our home...someone put them there..they're in every pond!

    There is one of these dumps just outside Cha Am....4 meters high of plastic bags and stinking rubbish....like something out of a 3rd world slum and people think it's normal! Incidentally, sorting recyclables from truck loads of rubbish will never happen large scale.....pretty much, nothing will change.
