    How often do we this happening? Trucks changing lanes in an instant with no regard for traffic already in the lane... We travel to BKK regularly.....I would guess about 20--30 instances each way! It's the trucks fault!

    This case is a major failure by Thai authorities, IMO, the 2 Uyghur guys may not be the real culprits. "DNA traces"...does that mean a definitive sample DNA....or traces on someone's DNA. 7 years, 20 deaths and still no court case to me just sounds farcical. Koh Tao...DNA on a garden hoe handle....that was BS also.

    Clever....Pattaya is about 2 foot above sea level...well maybe a bit more......so the tunnel will be mostly below sea level.....then it'll need massive pumps to pump it back into the sea and then it'll flow into the tunnel again!

    So you believe everything you read in this forum....do you believe the doctor had verifiable "Injuries"..Do you actually believe this man kicked a woman in the back as reported....why did the court throw this out already?

    Sometimes, I guess this might be the best outcome....but more often than not in Thailand, (and elsewhere) many people should never be trusted with a gun!

    We see this situation quite often on the roads. Many drivers think moving the vehicle to a better location, is not a good idea...they prefer to change the wheel at the site and then this happens....just basic stuff as not understanding consequence!

    Well...no surprises here with this supposed insurance scam. They will never pay up...not to foreigners. Is this nothing more than a revenue scheme acting as a tourist benefit?
