Well there are substantial numbers walking around town of late, but a lot I see seem to be involved in opening their own somewhat smaller eating establishments. -
Interesting point.... if one was to ring fence it, build a castle and surround it with flags and a moat and charge locals 10 times the farang price to come take a look..... would that be okay?

For an ISP like True, AIS, Sophon, that broadcast their own TV services down the same fibre cable, I can see a reason for them to throttle down IPTV on the internet frequencies. In my case, True, I just sense there is not enough bandwidth (at peak times) either with True (my provider) or my IPTV source, which does not have a domestic server.

As I said, I have been here many years, and personally not needed one. I now do not have a landlord.... back when I did, I don't believe it was being enforced either. A TM30 is not a registration of my address.. that would be a 90 day report. I have not been asked for one, but then again I do not do many of the things where one is required. Like the famous 'Pink Card'... I have not seen the need. Not been asked, and that's it until I am.

Never ever been asked for a TM30 and I have done a lot of Retirement Extensions....at immigration. I heard they wanted one for a COR.., which I also rarely need to do, and was concerned, but it was not mentioned. Did one for a pal who visited me and stayed at my place... waste of time too! (Pattaya).

Oh I agree, had a pal who was a Cheap Charlie and I visited a few of these places, yes I found them depressing in minutes, heaven forbid staying there any time. My pal had bought a couple and sold them easily and for a profit!

In your defence there are 3 Big-C shops.... the Klang one is known as 'Extra', I have found most WIN guys know that.

What defines an American's needs... in Texas and Florida they live in trailers! In The Hampton's it is mansions. Some of these places will let you view vacant properties.

Yes I recently visited their FB page as there was some food allergy tests I would like to have done.... certainly not cheap.

I have heard that to get a Residence Certificate a TM30 in your name can be asked for too... and this would be an ideal time for them to fine you for not having one!
