    Why the need to place this murder in a special box? The 29 year old had no business going after a child,there is that. You can not blame a (confused) child for looking for some one for support. Call it what it is,a senseless murder! Life in prison or death sentence but put this guy away!

    Not only in Spain but also in Holland and i am sure all EU countries are going to get this implemented. Just 1 km over the speed limit and a very annoying beep starts until you slow down. Cars can read speed signs and act accordingly. Some day it will be made impossible to go over the speed limit at all! All in the name of progress i am sure.

    I am not sure about that but it sure would take the wind out of their sails? Something like you can have a gas station but only allowed to put air in tires,not really what the intention was right?

    How many people are growing who did not register? we certainly did not,why draw attention to yourself? In many villages people have been growing and using for cooking and indulging for generations! In those places the plants are going to be moved to the back of the house again,like before.

    I don't think it is really that bad. In any country tourists are behaving badly. As for expats?Sure there are good and bad and you will hear about the bad ones. The good ones?There are a lot of them and they mostly stay home and do their own thing and are more or less integrated in their local community and when they do go out they don't drink and drive! It is very easy to go out and meet the idiots,not so easy to meet "normal"people.
