Another view on this,drinking and driving is a social problem. People will sell you alcohol until you can not walk anymore and then watch you leave with a smile. The Thai justice system being what it is,it is not the same wherever you are from, He already paid the family and that goes a long way here in Thailand. I can not find any real chainbar oil over here so for the last ten years or so i am using the heaviest grade gear oil i can get. It is not sticky like real chain bar oil but it does the job. I don't know off hand what grade it is but just ask for the thickest gear oil.
