  1. You just do not want to see facts, would you rather have to face some one who wants to kill you with a gun or with a knife? If this killer would have come just carrying a knife it would have been possible for the teachers to stop him. If i had to choose i would rather try to stop a guy with a knife. The guy who did the killing had the guns registered legally in his name. He definitely was not a law abiding citizen.
  2. The "mai pen rai" attitude has a lot to do with it!
  3. In that case the Thai people will just come and take what you have.
  4. Good for you but i hear they can be a problem to live with! sorry,no harm meant.
  5. You must be from the US,there is just a small difference between being polite and being scared to be shot. I am from Europe and i do take part, what are you going to do? Shoot me?lol
  6. Yes his gun was legal and registered in his name according to the news.Actually he had two guns.
  7. No it is nonsense, the killer used a gun to kill the teachers first. After that he attacked the children with a knife. Without a gun maybe the teachers could have stopped him or at least try. Too many people in Thailand have an illegal gun and too many people know about it and remain quiet. The saying is "mai pen rai, nobody is dead yet" A gun is just for killing, a knife has many other uses. Talking non sense is fine in a lot of topics, for some one who claims to have a super high IQ i would have expected more sense in a sensitive topic like this.
  8. What worries me that instead of using a nuclear device Putin may "by accident"bomb a nuclear power plant. The results would be terrible!
  9. Yes he was,also a great movie.
  10. They did wake up and just in time i think. I think what you are going on about has very little to do with the issue here.
  11. They should ban the Bible! Lots of terrible and offending stories in there.
  12. I watched this video and heard the warning about it being graphic, i can handle that no problem. What breaks my hart is the old lady crying because she is liberated and also because two of her sons are fighting the Russians. What is really both frightening and frustrating is the fact that again because of one narcissistic idiot a major part of the world is in fact being kept hostage. John 11.50.
  13. So you are not an expat? Just a falang then.
  14. I am old school and always have called a spade a spade and will continue to do so. Thailand is great in that sense,PC only means Personal Computer over here. This whole PC thing is not going to last, maybe CS is going to make a comeback. People with too much time on their hands and a massive inferiority complex seem to love all that stuff. In Thailand most people are too busy with trying to make a living to worry about feces(you see how it is done?)like this.
  15. Kadyrov his new general "the bloodhound"as he is also called will not be able to turn the tide. The Russian army is too far gone and shortage of all kinds of arms. Yes the Ukrainian army still needs good weapons from the West but Putin is now the biggest supplier of arms for the Ukraine.
  16. I would think a high speed train would be elevated? If not it will cut Thailand in half length wise, most Thai people will not like that.
  17. Try Wasabi.I tried it and it certainly is a very hot mustard . https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wasabi.
  18. Was reading in an overseas news paper about a train from Russia that is linked to moving nuclear ammo for the Russian defense agency. If that proves to be true it could have big implications. That is something i will follow closely.
