Actually it states that she jumped  off  the bike. slightly  injured herself and he stopped  and  walked back to her.  😁

There were clues in my post...why not foreigner or foreign man/boy/lady/girl etc if talking or writing in English ? Farang being fine if talking in Thai.  

Sometimes I think it's a wee bit disrespectful when foreigners refer to other foreigners as farang.

Perhaps the "tour guide" referred to was just a guy in a pick-up who took them there.
