Maybe they can destroy patong beach simular like they did in Pattaya?no trees, more lanes for traffic, less space for walking and more parking slots for tuktuks.
I am shocked to hear myself say, I think Pattaya is now better than Patong.

Its only reported because its London. Neither the government, the opposition or the UK press gives a damn about the rest of the country. They only write when it affects their own homes, commute, local star-bucks or preferred delicatessen.
Its like Insulate Britain, if they protested in the north/wales/west/scotland they would get no press coverage but probably kind words and a hot cup of tea from the locals (who would be practical enough to then take an alternative route).

I would say 95 percent of my purchases on Lazada have been good, but the 5% bad ones, oh boy, really really scammy and shonky.
Aliexpress I no longer use because delivery can take forever sometimes.
Shoppe I don't use because they use scammy software redirects to trick you to their site.

Expect much more of this, and even colder in the future.
When I was a kid we used to have this type of weather in October. Its getting less and less now as it warms and wets up.

Mostly at home, pop out to do usual stuff. When you live here (which I did for a long long time but don't anymore) IMHO its just like living anywhere else in the world with regard to what you do in a normal day.

Saying you will never stop corruption is no excuse for not having a good try.
But do you think the are really trying or its just a bit of press posturing once every few months.

Crackdowns have been promised for the last 30 years and we never truly see them except some token stuff for media consumption.
Thailand can never uncorrupt itself, its endemic.

If the "kingmaker" is even remotely thinking of Taksin's return then its because he knows Phua Thai/Thai rak Thak/etc are going to win by a majority in the next election. He will be trying to rescue something for himself rather than his party and cohorts be slaughtered in the election and he lose face.

An allusion to an utterance of Jesus in John 8:7, viz. “He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her.”[1]
Phrase
let him who is without sin cast the first stoneOnly those who are faultless have the right to pass judgment upon others (implying that no one is faultless and that, therefore, no one has such a right to pass judgment).
A military coup might as you proffer be "illegal" but so is interfering in a government procurement process.
The bible text you quote does not mean every crime in the world should be forgiven because other crimes exist.

How about somebody young(er) and not associated with the political elite, military, police, etc.

I don't think it is. Its media is reporting that it is constantly though and maybe thats the issue. Some people ARE having a hard time but the majority are as normal with a few extra bills like in the EU.

Being an oldie, I cannot go to the movie house to watch anything mildly weepy. Other oldies will know what I mean.

Dare I ask? So why would one have a marble sewn into one's todger?

Go to the hospital in case, the doctor will either rule it out or request further checks. I always fly business class because I have had thrombosis (DVT) as well as two strokes in my not too glorious medical past. Better safe than sorry.

Question, how do you do this, do you have dual sim phones?

Its balls, look it up on the internet. Its being misinterpreted and spread by several right wing conservative groups in the UK. Oxfordshire council is not in the hands of the tories which must really <deleted> them off.
"The Verdict
Oxfordshire County Council is not planning to enforce "climate lockdowns." It has instead passed measures to reduce road traffic. This claim has therefore been marked as false."

Also, day drinking is a thing too.
I am glad somebody mentioned that. Leave the night to younger ones and do the afternoon session, nap afterwards, have tea (the meal), good sleep and hey presto no hangover.

I don't sympathize with him, he willingly broke then law.
BUT I do wish they would crackdown on the more blatant and criminal elements of non-Thai society here. How many Indian tailors street tout boys are there, how many british underworld, how many tax dodgers, how many sub-asian scammers, how many chinese mafiosa, how many burmese smugglers. They just seem to report one of these groups a week, and yet we have a "news" article about the sad retiree?
