said people from bangkok and rayong logged in to my google account.
I don't use google but apple is always saying theres a new login from "xxxxx" and its really me in the end, its just a screw up in the comms system of that says there is a new login from xxxxx, to do with the internet international access points in Thailand I presume.

There is no rail independent pay review body.
Ah yes you are right, its a private company not a government institution. In my, admittedly weak defence, the RMT's constant call for the government to start/join negotiations has addled my brain.

Whilst I think the RMT should stop its strike and accept the independent review bodies rise, I am wholly in favour of any worker being able to refuse to do overtime in virtually any circumstance.

Quite a few of you are raising the "racist" word, but this is about nationality not race.

The issue of the OP is why are we now worse off than all the rest.

I was not but 90% of my family were. We were all lied to by a group of self serving politicians (again) and the biggest liar of them all, Johnson.

All the developed nations have gone through the exact same issues of covid.

I live in the Uk 6 months of the year and I can tell you that the number of people now fitting into this category is huge (well to be honest they have not reached the rectified stage yet just the realisation they were duped in a game of political darts).
In the last year I don't think I have personally met anyone (pub, family, friends, chatting) who does not think they were conned as Brexit voters. I am from the north as well.

I found it quite "interesting" until he got to explaining his reasons and he said that the ladyboys found him genuinely handsome and sexually attractive.
He is a 65 year old pensioner for gods sake! Deluded like many others who come here.
I had to stop watching at that point.

If you get a message on your phone (from Talaadthai) saying you have an amount (mine was 67 baht) to confirm to pay from Thailand Post - think twice. The link took me to a very impressive copy of the Thailand Post website in Brazil.

This is really poorly worded. If you read the whole thing its says an operating profit was achieved between may and November (which is not an accounting period) BUT they still need another 50 Billion baht to restructure their existing debt, so they are still about 49.99 (probably) billion baht in debt. They still have not started, or employed anyone, to work on the debt restructuring.
Their plan to wipe out this 50 billion in debt is to ask their current creditors to accept additional shares instead of cash.

[This is in Bangkok but info may be relevant to CM]
You can get a valuation done by the MAJOR real estate companies and consultancies. Some charge a percentage of valuation, the last one I had done I paid 15k baht for about 10 years ago (this included a 15 page report on the major aspects of the building and a search at the land registry and a listing of comparable properties in the the location sold over the last few years). They are mainly used for commercial property valuations but you can get condo units done.
If its a condo, then to be honest just ask one the MAJOR companies to advise you on "acceptable price both parties motivated to sell". If you are selling they will just give you this verbally for free. If you are buying they will also advise if you let them be the introductory agent (they will negotiate with the sellers agent for a split fee so you don't pay for anything but they get a cut of the sellers agents fee).

have you been living under a rock? There is the Oath Keepers and Proud Boys (Charlottesville), there are an ex president's many anti-semitic comments. There is Kanye West. There is no shortage of high profile anti-semitism lately.
Well if those people were anti-semitic already then theres no rise is there? Just because the media show stuff its does not mean the populous are becoming more anti-semetic.

Is it genuine? I looked but submitting my detaisl to someone on Koh Phangnan did not leave me comfortable.
I tried the official app, but gave up as I could understand some the thai drop downs

So is there actually data to support the notion of a rise in antisemitism? Is there data to show that theres a rise in Anti-zionism? Is there data to show these two are treated separately, as they should be. Or is this just political pampering.

Commuter Fury as humdreds of Train stations CLOSED !

I thought they had already been offered more, 8% I read.
"The Rail, Maritime and Transport union (RMT) has rejected an eight percent pay offer from train operators aimed at resolving a long-running dispute over pay, jobs and conditions. The UK's biggest rail workers' union was offered an eight percent pay rise and guarantee of no compulsory redundancies before April 2024 by the Rail Delivery Group (RDG) in a bid to prevent strikes over the Christmas period. "
