B is a right proper C in this case

Patrick's Steakhouse re-opened but after 3 days decided it was not worth it.
Will re-open again once the curfew and alcohol ban has been lifted.
You expect someone to enjoy a nice juicy steak without a glass or two of red wine to help with the digestion.
I'll be in once he's open again

Hmmmm. Where in Thailand is your "Freedom to move" or go out restricted?
Never happened as far as I know. I go out daily, move about freely daily (OK not ON the beach) Hope businesses can recover after they start opening up more on the 17th. Need tourists to purchase items and fill the hotels once again.
I can't go out at night or I'll be thrown in jail, I can't go to a bar & have a few gargles, I can't go to a club & have a dance or watch some dancers, I can't go for a massage, children can't even go to school.

She should be locked up as she was not socially distancing herself from those vehicles & the people inside or wearing a mask.
She could have killed millions.

Ok.
Thailand attitude “Up to you/me”
If I not wear my helmet, I die. Up to me. Not your business.
If I not wear mask, I can kill old people, spread it. = selfish
You understand? Is different right?
Road deaths are caused by bad driving for the most part not helmuts or lack of them though of course many would live if they did wear helmuts.
There are many multiple deaths here caused by bad driving & not someone who doesn't wear a helmut

We try to stop virus spread.
Helmet not important. Wear a mask.
26,000 people 'declared' killed on the roads in Thailand last year approximately.
55 people exactly 'declared' dead from the virus.
I know where my priorities would be & not forgetting those road deaths are year & year now.

We can only thank our lucky stars that these lunatics were caught when they were.
I can't imagine how many people would how died if they had been allowed to swim as they pleased.
Hopefully with these criminals locked up we get to live another day.

Does anyone know where I can purchase a safe that only opens by reading my fingerprint?
One that doesn't require key or code.

Why did they shut down Pattaya when they say most cases are from the deep South?
With the military that they have already stationed down there dealing with the separatists then you'd think it would be easy enough to sanction that area instead.
Interesting piece here from The Lancet which is a very well respected medical journal

Those who have visited Tuk-Com, did you notice whether JIB was open, thanks?
I use JIB so has a look when I was up there & it had one shutter open, a bit like the 'closed' massage shops on soi Honey ????

Are businesses still paying "tea money?"
As my dear old mum used to say "you can't take knickers off a bare <deleted>"

I was there earlier today.
It's open although some of the the little stalls & shops have yet to reopen.

Could you post about not having very annoying pop-ups & maybe they will go away.
It's getting hard to use this site comfortably while asking for cake

If you can't punctuate then don't write.
They should throw away the keys on these awful criminals who wanted to meet up with their pals, tell a tale & share a drink.
"People like that are killing millions around the world with that kind of irresponsible behaviour, blah blah blah...."
Never let science get in the way of a good global panic ????

White with fish, red with meat I presume?
Pretentious.........moi? ????
There actually is science to that, it relates to iron content & how it changes the flavour of different foods when mixed with wine but for the most part people should chose for themselves as it really is relative to personal tastes.
I like a chilled (not cold) pinot noir with thai red curry fish dishes as I find that the spice resonates with that grape

It's practically inhumane to expect someone to have their dinner without a glass of vino to wash it down with.

Does anyone know where I can buy sponge or sponge fingers?
I looked in Friendship, Big C & Tesco lotus to no avail.
I don't want those little orange or green sponge rolls filled with sugared cream that 7/11 sell

I am pretty sure since you are not in that province you are going to have problems traveling from on province to the next. My Gals Brother can not travel here to Bang Saray(Pattaya-Satahib area) from Trat.
Unless something changed in the last 4 days you might want to check on the govn. site to see if it is permitted.
They are guidelines really & you can travel if you have good reason.
Half of Bangkok emptied over the wkend to head up to Issan resulting in long tailbacks.
I travel to Bang Chang, Rayong & Pattaya without issue except at Pattaya where I have the relevant documentation to enter.

Come off the 3 when you get to the 36 & that will bypass Pattaya by quite a ways

What about the province’s that already announced their own bans?
Deputy Prime Minister Wissanu Krea-ngam said allowing the sale of alcohol reflected a "general relaxation" for the whole country.
"But Bangkok and some provinces can extend the ban if they think [lifting it] will do more harm than good," he said.
