@skatewash @SooKee Thank you both for your help. Just tried again and incredibly now registered. The issue seemed to be the uploads. They just showed, but without the actual jpeg annotation in highlighted blue. Several attempts and they finally appeared. Screenshot saved. Most probably user error🤣🤣 Logged back on and received the new page layout showing approved. Don't quite understand the from and to date, as 11/11/2023. But at least I am registered and I have the original paper copy of some years ago. Thank you again.

Many thanks. Will look at this again. I registered before. Received confirmation email. Logged in and changed password. Completed page with personal details previously. Today, clicked on address details and completed and " save" And that is where it stated " insufficient data" but doesn't say what.

Update. Just tried to register. Uploaded Tenancy Agreement and passport. Completed address details. But will not save because it now needs to add house ID number. I presume they mean Tambien bann number.

I have read every post on this subject. But just need to clarify or ask the question. This question is for a person who has a current TM 30 issued some years ago and is a tenant, and not previously registered on line. Do they now need their landlord to register them on line. Or, come the time of their annual extension of stay, will the current TM 30 paper copy that they have used for all previous extensions, suffice? Thank you.

According to my neighbour he re registered and received his updated TM 30 by email. I will bow out of this conversation as online registration does not affect my manually obtained one. Good luck.

You are only assuming that the queue suggests a new printout. I was there yesterday and did not see any such queues for TM 30. Why not phone immigration and ask the question? 053 -201755-6 As the article stated "existing online registrations" need to be re registered. That has nothing to do with those who did not register on line and obtained their TM 30 by hand.

Yep...agreed. i never suggested immigration made the statement. I was sent misinformation by a well meaning person. Thank you, I was misinformed.

Why not send a polite email request to the Head of immigration asking fir clarification of the 800.000 baht requirements in the bank, because next year you wish to change from the monthly income method. According to immigration just now, this is only for existing online users. So the video from that Phuket lawyer is ambiguous to say the least.

Having read every post, I still have a very simple question. If you already have a TM30 from immigration, do you need to go online to register. I did my registration by handing it in to CM immigration some years ago. Why, according to some reports that all manually obtained TM 30s must now be re registered on line, and that existing TM 30s are no longer valid.

This is all very confusing. According to phuket news on a video I just watched, existing holders of tm 30 document will have their details transferred by registering. The link I have just tried requires my landlords details etc plus ID card. So I cannot just simply register to receiveca code, which the online help guide suggests.

That is a very generic unsubstantiated statement that eye shops do not have trained optometrists. I had my eyes tested at Vision Express. Then re tested in two different eye centre shops Tokyo optic, Diamond eyes and received exactly the same prescription. I have to say that of all three, Diamond eyes, were the most friendly, and better priced with excellent service and good warranties.

Please re read the original article and particularly section 48. I think people are over thinking this. There is a DTA between Thailand and 60 other countries. AFAIK and agree with, pensions that have already been taxed in your home country, cannot be double taxed in a country that has a DTA with Thailand.

There are no visa extensions that can be done online. They are processed through an immigration office and authorised by the senior officer of the day. If you want to be absolutely sure of what you need, documents etc, perhaps you would be better returninh and asking immigration directly. But they do have a full list of what you need. So I don't understand why you were not given the list. At least that way, you will have the correct information. Also there are numerous sites on the Internet with full lists of documents, photos etc. Just Google " Marriage visa Thailand documents" 90 day reports and doing a border run. 90 day reports can be done: 1. Online 2. Drive through at CM immigration 3. Central Festival floor 2. And finally once you submit the marriage visa application, it will be " under condideration". That might take about a month to process. You will still need to ensure that during that time, you do your 90 day report before its expiry. So a border run is not necessary. Hope that helps.
