  1. HI Ubonjoe. Many thanks for trying to help. I have just tried that with a Thai IP on VPN and without Vpn. Tried it using Androidphone/tablet/Mac/windows. sgtill getting this message. Only had this once before in all the years of online reporting (when it was up and working} Not to worry, I can pop down to thje immigartion drive through and get it done. Thank again.
  2. Firstly i am not outside the window of reporting. I have been doing this for many years and the information is correct. I have clicked on your link above and the images clearly show that the website is offline. I never quoted "office of the Civil Service Commission" I have added images step by step from your link to show you what happens. Why do you not try a test to try and see if you can get past page 1 of the 90 day online reporting. If you get through, then please let me know how. STEP 1 from your link. If you click on the centre of the 1st image (green and yellow box), you get image 5. If you click on the X on the centre image of my image 1 and then click on the X on the background image of my image 1 it brings you to my images 2, 3 and 4. I hope that explain=s what i have been doing to make the statement that the site seems to be down. Try completing image 4 of mine on your own to see if you can get past page 1 of the on line submission.
  3. Allow me to explain. I entered my data on page 1. However, when I press " submit", it provides the notice to visit local immigration office. Therefore I cannot get to page 2. Secondly, if you go to the Thailand immigration site for anything, including 90 day online reporting, it clearly states that the site is down. Yesterday, I tried numerous times to complete the process, using several browsers. It didn't work. Perhaps you could try and let me know how you get on.
  4. Tried it many times. All info correct. Maybe the site is down. Will wait and try later. But thanks for your reply.
  5. Many thanks. Just tried again (10am) Still same error notification.
  6. I stand to be corrected. But 15 days before is when the window opens, but my experience is that you must do it with no less than 7 days to go including counting the date of your expiry on current 90 day document. Tried it once before with 6 days left and it rejected my application. Maybe things have changed in the last year.
  7. Just tried online. 1st page completed. Press " submit". Next page..." go and visit your local immigration office " or words to that effect. Must be too early for them. Will try again during office hours.
