  1. I think you should change it.......looks stupid.....at least write something in the auto reply other than just 'contact us'.........looks rude and like you dont give a toss.

    Nawtier,

Thank you for the feedback and we agree it does look stupid. I have already spoken to our technical people to change the message to something more meaningful.

    Objective achieved.

May I suggest ...'thankyou for contacting us, we will contact you shortly, but if you want to contact us first, please do so. otherwise we will contact you as soon as we do not get contact back from you. if you do not get our contact within 7 days, please contact us again.'

  2. I sent you guys an email enquiry via your website contact page....i got back in my email a copy of the contact from I filled in with my enquiry and in big capital letters... 'CONTACT US".....that was it.

But all I got as a reply from you was 'CONTACT US'.....don't you think that is a very strange reply from a professional business ??

  3. From a Thai language website.

farang kee ngok - in this case kee is being used as 'a tendancy to be' and ngok implies both a tendancy to keep your own possessions and to be covetous of other people's possessions. The phrase suggests stingyness. It says that the foreigner is happy to accept Thai hospitaily but is not giving anything back.

What a croc of birdshit......white or otherwise.

  4. Can anyone explain in English some of this......wondering what happens and what claims other family members have over assets if not married and the difference if married.

Does the other family automatically get portions of it all no matter what....or does it all go directly in line to kids first and then down the line if no kids etc.....or split up in portions from the start ?

  5. Jesus get over it.......it is an expression of someone from a different race....you are, we are....so why try to hide the FACT ??

I get pissed with people being offended by the use of black fella or white fella......it is a fact, he is black, i am white....so where is the problem with using the terms ??

I had an old aboriginal friend in Oz many years ago....he called me white fella i called him black fells....neither cared nor thought a thing about it.....

Get over it and get on with more important things.

If anyone uses the word farang or black or white and adds offensive words to it, then that is obviously not correct.....but the simple use of identifying someone of different race or colour should not be an issue to normal well adjusted people......

  6. You actually said 'my private motorcyle path'.......I wonder how anyone could consider highway 2 or the highway to Nakhon Nayok to be private ?? very strange comment.

Whereas the park road could be considered a nice 'quiet and private track' with the lack of traffic at times.

But then, considering it is a national park and you claim to be 'flying' on your bike.....you are simply one of the fools I see up there most weeks with no regard to others or the wildlife or the space that you are in......the speed limit is 60k's in the park for a reason......I bet you ride with your lights on high beam all day to right ??

Best of luck at 220.....you'll need it before too long.

  7. The green viper is poisonous....but not as poisonous as the malayan pit viper if that helps........it is not considered deadly....but if it was a child and or you got enough venom...perhaps multiple bites....and a long way from help...you could be in trouble of course.

As for the bird....no doubt they had a nest nearby and protecting young.

  8. The added problem with the viper is that they hide in the green grass...cannot see them and they do do run away like most snakes when someone is near....instead they curl up into a coil and wait......they are not fast, so they use camo and stealth to hide and protect themselves.....but that does not help us if we are walking around them or gardening.......the ones that run away are best.

The malaysian pit viper is the worst....brown and hides under grass, dead leaves etc.

I have caught 4 of the green ones now around our house.........several other species also and 2 x 4m burmese pythons.

  9. Thanks...yes Fortune has some little strange niche shops....good idea.

YouToob also has some nice instructional stuff........shall be a steep and slow learning curve.

My son wants to learn and I wanted to learn when I was young, never got around to it though, so maybe learn together.

He asked his music teacher at school if he knew how to play one.....he said 'whats a banjo'.
