Anyone know of a good PR company........farang not Thai.

Not for advertising or promotion as such....more like a coach for publicity and high pressure interviews.....how to handle things etc.

Plenty....and not the same....if a 25yo guy has a child....good chance he will live a full long life.

If a 60yo has a child....dam_n fine chance he will croak from natural causes before the kid hits 21.

I also had no dad around much.....but I can tell you from my sons perspective.....much better if Dad is around....simple as that.

Sure you get on with whatever gets dished up.....but I said it would be better to have both parents, not just one....thats all and being 60yo lessens the chances and percentage of that happening a lot......i reckon anyway.

Imagine having a kid at 70yo....and still being alive at their 21st....and your daughters friends all asking where Dad is and she points to the 90yo guy sitting at the table with a bib and dribbling his puddin down his nice checkered dressing gown.

I did the family court thingy years ago and cost circa 50k.

If the child is 7yo as mentioned, no need for court....but areas vary as always and if the child is 5 or 6 and if in an area where your missus knows or can get to know the village chief...he can go with you and varify along with the child doing his bit also....at 5yo he should be able to confirm whom daddy is in a line up of Somchais......teach him to write his name also prior if he cannot now.

It is still up to their discretion, but can be done from 5yo depending on area and village head. But as yours is 2yo you have no choice but court I believe.

Do not do it....if the situation was reversed...what would they do for you ??

My guess would be they would allow you to buy that 2m wide access route for 10x the going price of the land.

If it does not bother you that they access it as is via your land, allow them, but do not put it in writing and by no means do not allow it to be registered on the title as right of way.

Also tell them that the access is for them and if they allow anyone else onto it, or they allow the bus company to set up shop...access will be denied.

We have 8rai and the lady next door gets access to water for irrigation from our land, we have a small irrigation channel that runs from the access point to her land. She asked us to put this access right on the title deed.....no way jose.

Lucky we did not too....cos some time after she told us we were not allowed to use a road that ran alongside our place, but was on her land.....not at all......so she might get a shock one day when her water gets turned off.....short term ignorant thinking is prevalent.
