A landlord or property manager should and almost always has a key and/or access to HIS/HER property. You are renting. This is common worldwide. Also dodgy tenants are more common than dodgy landlords.

If climate change is important to 18-24 year olds they would actually pick up a pen, fill in a ballad while watching a tic tok video about a guy eating super spicy chips or twerking and then walk ( or burn fossil fuels driving ) to a mail box again watching a tic tok video about the wonders of Ozempic injections " not just for diabetes but now for weight loss" and then drop the ballad in the mail.

It's amazing how many people from 21 to 81 are coming to or wanting to come to Thailand for 90 + days. You can't possibly live in BKK or Phuket or Hua Hin or Samui or several other places and not know this. I have no idea what a genuine tourist is in Naka Nowhere. This wanting to stay somewhere else than your own country for 90 + days as a tourist happens all over the States , Australia, Southern Europe , Central/ South America etc. it's a new world.
