  1. !!!! The absolute GALL to say that the world, or "Arab world" should solve the Palestinian refugee problem!!!!

How about directing your ire to the SOURCE of the problem?????

And that is, as if you don't know, Israel driving them out of their homeland.

I've posted this too many times, but here we go again.

    1. There is no such thing as a "Palestinian homeland". Historically there was a region called Palestine which encompassed parts of many nations. It was a geographical area.

    2. There is and never was a nation called Palestine.

    3. The so-called Palestinians hijacked that name under Arafat in the 1960's.

    4. The so-called Palestinians aren't refugees. They are squatters. Historically they had no homeland and no nation. They were nomadic wanderers.

    5. It is outrageous that a non-nation which isn't and never was could be recognized by the UN when they should simply be seen as the terrorists and usurpers that they are.

Palestinian Declaration of Independence was fulfilled on 15th of November 1988.

Currently, it's recognized by 112 other states, clearly qualifies as a state under the conventions of Montevideo's criteria.

So does Kosovo, currently recognized by 75 states, even though most states, as well as the United Nations as an institution, still consider its entire defined territory to be the sovereign territory of Serbia.

So does the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic in Western Sahara, currently recognized by 49 states and a member state of the African Union, even though its government is based abroad, in Tindouf, Algeria, while virtually its entire territory has been occupied by the Moroccan army for the past 35 years.

So do South Ossetia, Abkhazia, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus and Transnistria, recognized by four, four, one and no states, respectively.

Palestine submitted in 2012 for UN full membership to UNSC but has been rejected so far.

On 29 November 2012, the United Nations General Assembly adopted resolution 67/19 upgrading Palestine to non-member observer state status in the United Nations. Which gives them finally access to ICC prosecution.

On 31 December 2014, the United Nations Security Council voted down a resolution demanding the end of Israeli occupation and Palestinian statehood by 2017.

Eight members voted for the Resolution (Russia, China, France, Argentina, Chad, Chile, Jordan, Luxembourg).

However the resolution did not get the minimum of nine votes needed to pass the resolution. Australia and the United States voted against the resolution, with the United Kingdom, Lithuania, Nigeria, South Korea and Rwanda abstaining.

    Britain, still the USA's poodle.

Expect that to change as more Arabs and Muslims move to live in the UK.

And you think that's a good thing? The new poodle owner promises to be far worse than the old one.

  2. Why don't we ever hear of Thailand, Japan, South Korea, an Malaysia taking refugees? Where are the Saudis and other arab nations on refugees?

Thailand, Japan, South Korea and Malaysia don't like foreigners (even paying ones) much to begin with.

There's no way they'd be dumb enough politically correct enough to take in foreigners they have to pay for.

As for Saudi Arabia and the Gulf States?....simple...they're too careful to adopt a bunch of poor and potentially volatile malcontents. Besides, no one wants to go there anyway.

I've just got back from holidaying in Japan. A land of low crime, little graffiti, no no go zones, no begging, no Halal and no culture enrichers.

I guess they can forego the approval of western progressives in exchange for having a safe unspoiled Country.

There are halal restaurants, Muslims residents, Muslims on work visas in Japan. Do doubt to your disappointment Japan funds schools in Afghanistan, as well as humanitarian aid for Islamic majority countries.

My post was somewhat tongue in cheek, and I do approve of their helping using their foreign aid budget. My point about not encouraging immigration stands of course.

  4. I find it quite ironic that the only places these mostly muslim migrants feel is safe enough for them are christian countries.

No way to mix Shia refugees in Sunni countries.
No way to mix Muslim refugees in secular Countries. The answer to the question posed by the o.p should however be self evident if you examine the population of the gulf states. They should contribute financially though.
  5. I understand that substance is not so important when it comes to bashing the left - lies will do

Thanks for calling me a liar on such slight acquaintance.

I have tried and failed to find anything of the sort

There is a free Internet service called Google (www.google.com) which is what they call a "search engine". Enter the words "corbyn disband army" (don't include the apostrophes) and it will lead you to the source that I quoted.
He only needs to follow the Swedish blueprint of national suicide to formulate defense policy. Sweden has now but 6% of the army it once had.
  6. Every time there is a peace looming, Isrtaeli police show up and provoke the Muslims. Every. Single. Time.

Such provocation began the Infitada many years ago.

It was pipe bombs hidden by Palestinian terrorists destined for Temple Mount that caused Israeli intervention. This was premeditated violence by the Palestinians and the fact it flared up on the Jewish New Year's Eve is not a coincidence.
  7. This is the man who described Hamas and Hezbollah as " my friends " and bemoan Bin laden death as 'a tragedy',,

    good luck to you

UK with a such a mutter as a PM if he gets elected..... in any case he's not much worse than the out going Milliband who

    himself was a hard lefty...

The most worrying thing about this from a UK perspective is Corbyn has laid down with so many dogs his fleas are visible from miles away, yet his supporters seem not to care, nor presumably see this as a liability.

  8. Really? Maybe you haven't noticed but Israel has been kicking their butts for almost 70 years and Israel keeps getting better and better, while the Arabs descend into chaos. . laugh.png

The English kicked Irish butt for 600 years and had to make peace in the end. Are you thinking that the Arabs will come to love being oppressed? Good luck with that.
Try not to make the mistake that many of our one issue activists here make, namely seeing Palestine and Israel in isolation. If Israel makes peace with her neighbors the rug will be pulled out from under the feet of the Palestinians, who will no longer be able to get away behaving like petulant children. Aside from tilting at windmills with the UN or BDS campaigns Palestinians should be honest with themselves and realize how counter productive their behavior is.

Egypt and the Gulf states are currently clearing Iran's proxy out of Yemen, this will be followed by Iran being neutralized itself, just as Abbas tries to enlist Iranian help. The Palestinian leadership has a rare gift for putting itself in the wrong camp when the dust finally settles.

  9. I'll make a prediction here and now. Within three years Israel and the GCC will dismantle Hizbollah in Lebanon and overthrow the Iranian regime. Then Israel and the Arabs will make peace. All the left wing Israel haters will be absolutely gobsmacked, not to say rendered totally irrelevant.

You and others who make predictions may like to have a read of the following...

    https://www.stratfor.com/weekly/quantum-geopolitics?utm_source=freelist-f&utm_medium=email&utm_term=Gweekly&utm_campaign=20150728&utm_content=readmoretext&mc_cid=6a57dd2b30&mc_eid=ce07bb591d

Hmmm, I was thinking the other day that geopolitics is somewhat akin to a spring mattress. Intervention or withdrawal are akin to weight being put on or taken off a certain spring leading to its neighbors moving up or down as a result. The U.S is the largest weight of course which results in more disturbance elsewhere, especially when the direction of U.S foreign policy under Obama has been so heavily stacked towards disengagement.

Egypt is but one example of this policy backfiring, in enabling the Muslim Brotherhood the current U.S administration has alienated Egypt. In enabling Iran it has alienated Israel and Saudi Arabia.

I stand by my predictions, here is some news that seems to as yet be totally forgotten by the western media - There is a major ground offensive underway in Yemen today to finally clear out the Houthis. Egypt will IMHO be involved right now, or certainly when the campaign to depose the Iranian Mullahs gets going.

Israel, Egypt and the Gulf states (save for Qatar) are allies, but news flow has obviously to be managed carefully.

  10. The trouble is that it is difficult indeed to talk about economic migrants without some dishonestly conflating views on these as applying to refugees too. This is not helped by the predictable tactic of economic migrants to pose as refugees. Unless Europe takes a tough stance on this issue and very quickly the Europe of thirty years time will be stricken by sectarian violence and civil war, the stakes are just too high to brush this under the carpet.

The politically correct West is de-natured, de-Christianised and de-populated. The incoming non-West is nature red in tooth and claw; fanatically religious and fanatically fecund. Tomorrow belongs to them, not us, and to welcome them in in the numbers we are currently allowing is to sign the death sentence for Western Civilisation.

Some European leaders understand this. Interestingly, they tend to be from the countries once controlled by Communism and therefore not swayed by the sixty years of politically correct, subversive indoctrination meted out to the non-Communist countries with regard to feminism, racism, multiculturalism and moral and cultural relativism.

  11. Well the Labour party tried to entice new membership by offering a sign up to vote...

Seems so many people despise the Labour that the signed up to help the party shot itself in the foot. cheesy.gifcheesy.gifcheesy.gif

They overwhelmingly elected Corbyn the only true socialist on the ballot paper...

Veteran left-wing MP Jeremy Corbyn has been elected leader of the Labour Party by a landslide.

Mr Corbyn, who began the contest as a rank outsider, saw off a challenge from frontbenchers Andy Burnham, Yvette Cooper and Liz Kendall.

He gained 251,417 or 59.5% of first preference votes - his nearest rival, Mr Burnham, got 19%.

Ms Cooper was third on 17% and Ms Kendall a distant fourth with 4.5% of the vote.

    http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-34223157

He took almost 50% of the votes cast by full Labour members (121,751 from 245,520 votes) so the £3 agents provocateurs made no difference. This is not a success for the nasty party, but a success for democracy.

Do not forget the affiliate supporters, mainly trade unionists...

What is known is that many of the elected MP's did not support him, be interesting to see who's in the new shadow cabinet... Cooper, Kendall and Burnham have all said they will not participate.

Wonder if we will see a breakaway party "The New New Labour"giggle.gif

Yes an SDP mark II is on the cards, at least this would lead to an accurate head count of how many far left loons, useful idiots and proponents of Sharia the red-green alliance can muster.

  12. British officials say the number of people being arrested on suspicion of terrorism-related crimes has reached a record high.
This is a record that is going to rise faster than the communal office Tetris score. Especially since they're inviting all these new players . . . .
They will likely soon stop publishing figures or change the way they are collated in order to disguise the trend, a bit like global warmists do but in reverse.
  13. Europe is facing an existential threat whilst those seemingly unaware of it fan the flames by pushing for more immigration. Boots on the ground are going to be needed in Syria if there is to be a hope of getting to grips with the situation.

    http://m.jpost.com/Middle-East/Analysis-Refugee-crisis-puts-the-survival-of-Europe-at-risk-415341?

For much of world media the waves of refugees flooding the coasts of Europe are solely a humanitarian problem; countries refusing to welcome the newcomers and building walls to keep them away are harshly condemned.

While it is true that the plight of hundreds of thousands of suffering human beings must be approached with empathy and help must be extended to them, neither the media nor European leaders appear ready to tackle the issue. Yet it cannot have come as a surprise.

  14. Here is an account from a Polish eye witness concerning the behavior of the camp of saints swarming across the Hungarian border. The MSN will ignore it seeing as it is difficult to paint the account as coming from the far right. It certainly does not fit the narrative we are being sold.

“They tried to overturn the coach, in which I was travelling with a group. Excrement was thrown in our direction… they banged on the doors, to get the driver to open them. They spat at the windows.” — such is the report of Kamil Bulonis, the author of a travel blog.

It’s difficult to accuse the author of this entry, who writes a blog called “Obywatel Swiata” [Citizen of the World], of right-wing, Catholic or nationalist “looniness”. For Kamil Bulonis writes about himself openly on Instagram as a “journalist, globetrotter, gay”, while on Facebook, his profile picture appears in rainbow colours.

Last night Kamil Bulonis posted a report of his journey from Italy by coach. It is so moving that we are pasting it in full. Especially given that we cannot rely on mainstream media to break with their common narrative about “bad Hungarian nationalists” and “poor immigrants”.

The author goes on to observe that the crowd consisted overwhelmingly of young aggressive males shouting 'We want Germany'. We want indeed!
