Come the moment cometh the man. Like it or not this is the age of the demagogue shooting from the lip if not the hip. Best to take the rough with the smooth and analyze such characters by their actions not their words.

Surely she should keep a concealed weapon on her person for such an eventuality? A bazooka between her butt cheeks for example.

98% of 43% feel that way - so, in fact, a large majority (58%) are not sufficiently bothered to even go down the local polling station and vote. Paint it however you like - the vote was a dismal failure by the right.
I suggest you tell Viktor Orban he has no mandate for opposing the EU diktat. If that was a 'failure' for the right I wish the left many more successes such as this.

98% voted against the quotas, 98%! Regardless of whether or not a referendum result is mandatory or not there can be no doubt whatsoever that a large majority of Hungarians oppose mandatory quotas. To ignore the majority view, based on a turnout level no doubt reduced by Brussels bureaucrats calling for a boycott would be outrageous.

Apart from smearing Trump supporters as 'deplorables' here is what Clinton had to say about Sanders supporters.
Hacked audio of a conversation between Hillary Clinton and donors during a February fundraising event shows the Democrat nominee describing Bernie Sanders supporters as "children of the Great Recession" who are "living in their parents’ basement."

But do be sure to leave your parents basements to vote for Hillary on polling day. 555

Well Trump did say to the black voters "vote for me, why not? You have nothing to lose..." Clearly they feel they have something to lose. That is apart from their self respect
Decades of total Democrat control of Detroit has obviously done wonders for the prospects of black citizens there. Staying on the welfare dependency plantation must suit the Democratic Party fine.

Obama: Congress made mistake with veto of Saudi 9/11 lawsuits bill. No. America made a mistake electing him.

They did indeed. As if to prove a stopped clock is right twice a day I do for once side with Obama. This is a can of worms of colossal proportions.

I suspect pressure put on Abbas by the Saudis to respond to Netanyahu's invitation to talk may have been partly responsible. The funeral of Peres gave Abbas further reason. Whether there are any behind the scenes talks coinciding with the funeral remains to be seen.

Of course it goes without saying that the numbers shot after the police arrive are dwarfed by the numbers shot before. As with many other situations the newsworthiness of a life is a function partly based on who got shot but mainly on who did the shooting.

My only reservation here is that families of US citizens attempting to sue Iran for aiding and abetting terrorists was blocked by the U.S government.
Morally both should be sued, however there may be various unintended consequences for suing Saudi Arabia and not Iran, whereas realpolitik may make it highly desirable to sue neither if a worldwide bout of dirty laundry airing and tit for tat measures were to follow.

I'm not a Trump supporter but even I can see the biased 'chairing' and as for CNN... they were balanced pretty much at the start but are now totally biased and Anderson Cooper will be a terrible pick for the next debate for Trump and Clinton must be wetting herself in joy at all this 'support'
Their arrogance and hubris means they are unaware they are damaging the prospects of their own anointed one. People recoil in horror and revulsion at the establishment and their wooden effigy far more than they do at Trump, a flawed human being, with the selling point of at least appearing human.

Have a pint of bitter with your sour grapes.
No sour grapes, it doesn't even matter whether there is any truth in the allegations. People are sick of the establishment, it's all about perception, the liberal establishment are too blind to even see it.

Yes, sure, in conspiracy theory trumplandia she had the questions in advance.
And the moderator of the debate was not exactly impartial in the questions selected for one thing.

Not that there is anything to get upset by or worked up about, because everyone knows the establishment are crooked and will stop,at nothing to get their way. In a nutshell, every dirty trick they pull will work against them, they are.royally hoisted on their own petard.

Hillary is good at what she does ( telling lies with conviction )
She is also good at avoiding conviction.

He does no get elected in the US sense, there are no direct elections for the PM post in Israel. Governments are always made by coalition with other parties, and are often shaky. For example, up until a few months ago, Netanyahu's coalition was relying on a minimal majority. It is often the case that while able to form a coalition, Netanyahu's approval rating are rather low.
Doubt I can be counted as someone "demonizing" Netanyahu. IMO his policies (inasmuch as there are such) with regard to the Israeli Palestinian conflict essentially revolve around delaying tactics. There is little evident effort to address either an outcome or the feasibility of maintaining the occupation. In this, I believe he is acting contrary to Israel's long term interests.
Not sure I even know how to relate to the "bad man" reference. The comments made were about his policies, and his conduct within the political context.
Okay so delaying tactics it is then. I'm not disagreeing with that, but let's put things into perspective here. Since Obama became president he wasted no time in facilitating a Muslim brotherhood take over in Egypt. As theArab spring rolled on the ouster of Gadaffi basically opened up the Sahara to Jihaddists and their arms. Withdrawal from Iraq led to chaos and sectarian conflict spreading over into Syria. So throughout Obama's tenure Israel faces a hostile Egypt, arms flooding into Sinai along with Jihaddist groups. To this the potential for a Muslim brotherhood type takeover in Jordan. Then there's the nuclear deal with Iran strongly opposed by Israel and Saudi Arabia. Quite frankly any attempt to allow a contiguous Palestinian territory against such regional chaos would have been madness. Playing for time brought dividends. Morsi was deposed in Egypt, Saudi Arabia started to tackle Jihaddists in Syria. Egypt helped flood Hamas tunnels with sewage.someone is very effectively collapsing Hamas tunnels, twenty two by the last count.
The Arab nations are paying money for Israeli military knowhow and everyday the Arab position towards Israel improves. Latest example, the Saudis have advised Abbas to take up Netanyahu's offer for talks.
http://m.jpost.com/Arab-Israeli-Conflict/Saudi-paper-calls-for-Abbas-to-accept-invitation-to-address-Knesset-468767
The ball is now in Abbas's court. Difficult for Abbas to refuse and still part not Netanyahu as the intransigent one.

The arrogance and hubris of the establishment and those in their pay never ceases to amaze. What seems to elude them all is that Trump's popularity is in the main due to him not being seen as part of the establishment. The establishment is despised for replacing representation by the people with representation by rich lobbyists. Take a look at Clintons speaking engagements to see who she represents.

I accept your criticism. On the other side of the coin I assume you will agree, the victim's actions put him at very high risk which was compounded by a fatwa issued against him.
If everyone resorted to self-censorship in the face of Islamofascists it only empowers them. It should be incumbent on the state to protect all those brave enough to stand up to them. Here is the offending cartoon, every newspaper in the civilized world should publish it.

Is 'utterly amoral' supposed to be a negative trait for a politician? Incidentally Cruz has no reason to vote for Trump, unless he is confident which way the wind is blowing. Cruz may be many things, but he is not an idiot, I think he's right, Trump is going to win.

Give the Corbynistas a bit of credit. They know full well their man is unelectable but they are engaged in a process where they believe the electorate given time can be educated to think like them. In other words the Labour Party should be to the Country what momentum is to the Labour Party. Expect agitprop, threats and intimidation wherever they can achieve it. Local government, education, the public sector and anywhere there are unions are the places to watch.
