I guess you should ask Hamas as to why Gaza is subject to the restrictions it faces.Hey, look how quickly the goalposts moved! Apparently Steely Dan read my mind and decided to discern that I was only speaking of Gaza, and Gaza hasn't been occupied at any time in the last 50 years, and that Israel clearly hasn't killed any civilians over the course of the last 50 years in any other occupied territories, right?
You do realize that we were talking about all the civilians killed in the last 50 years, right? So why did you make such a blatantly false reply to my comment? Do you just like Red Herring diversions?
By the way, I welcome the news that Israel is no longer in control of Gaza. So I assume that it's free to form its own international government, control its own borders, issue its own passports, raise its own military, join the UN, and negotiate its own foreign treaties, right? And Israel shouldn't carry out military actions within its borders without it de facto being an act of war against a foreign government, right?
P.s Its a bit rich you talking about diversions when you engage in diversionary trolling as a reflex. For example my comment on An Al-Azhar cleric calling for the hand and foot of ISIS fighters to be chopped off was a comment confined to Sharia law, not all Muslims, not all Egyptians, but I guess you knew that full well but persisted in dishonestly misrepresenting my comments there and now persist in spilling over here with the same rubbish. Indeed your metaphor here is a non-sequitur seeing as Israel does not even have the death penalty. In sharia law death sentences are as numerous as mentions of the word Zionist from some of our esteemed members here.

And talking of nonsense here comes its high priest. Gaza is not occupied, except by Hamas no matter how many times you write otherwise.
I guess you missed the news that Israel unilaterally vacated Gaza years ago. So to refer to dropping bombs on an imprisoned sub -segment of their population is utter nonsense.Very few unless you include combat situations where it is pretty much impossible not to kill some civilians. Something like half of the deaths caused by war happened to civilians all over the world, but Israel has pretty much the lowest civilian to combatant casualty ratio in history in the setting of combating terrorism.
How can you call it "war" and "in the setting of combating terrorism" at the same time? Which is it?
Massive civilian casualties were not a common part of warfare until the 19th or 20th century. There were exceptions, but to just assume a lot of civilian casualties is a new thing. In many wars, armies met on the battlefield without ever encountering civilian populations.
And there are many, many examples of terrorists being dealt with in countries right now, across the world, without civilian casualties.
I'd love to see the cites of Israel's impressively low civilian casualties. Let me guess - any man who is killed where their bomb lands is immediately deemed a terrorist?
On top of all that, it's false to compare the situation to an actual war. Israel is dropping bombs on an imprisoned sub-segment of its own population. It is not "at war"...and if it is, who is it currently at war with, and has it limited casualties to members of that group?
Israel controls Gaza's land, sea and air routes. Under international law it is the occupying power and has a duty of care to its residents, same as in the West Bank.
Israel is blockading Gaza as a collective punishment for Palestinians who freely and fairly elected a government that Israel didn't like.
Anyway it looks like an Israeli Arab has been decapitated for real. I await an avalanche of posts concerning this from some of our esteemed members.

Seeing as I'm not American I don't know the answer to this question, but I think it needs asking, so here goes.
After O.J Simpson was found not guilty of murdering his wife did the president either encourage or facilitate the civil charges which were brought against O.J Simpson?

I see politically motivated race baiting more than I see racism, which is not surprising with Obama and Holder behind the wheel.

Pissing off the politically correct progressive hierarchy means they would no doubt be glad to burn up license fee revenue in order to be shot of him. Now had he never said a word out of place but be accused of kiddy fiddling they would have circled the wagons in double quick time.230,000 people have signed an on-line petition demanding his reinstatement according to BBC news.
Could be expensive if they force him out.

You can hardly make a case for diminished responsibility as they were straight 'A' students. If there is any blame shifting to be done then examine the ideology that attracted them and who spreads this ideology.
They did however leave home and family to go and assist full blown terrorists in any way that they could.
Guilty by association.
The only people responsible for their actions are the 3 idiots that decided to go to Syria and the parents.- 2

So an Indonesian investigative unit is despatched to Turkey. Well even presuming Indonesia can muster more than a half arsed face saving effort I doubt Turkey will be of much assistance. Turkey not only runs a completely porous border with Syria but they also treat ISIS fighters in their own hospitals and give ISIS their tacit support in fighting the Kurds around Kobane.
Still, to put things into perspective. If there are 500 Indonesians who joined ISIS out of a population of two hundred million mainly Muslims then I would suggest the need to curb Islamic 'radicalism' is more pressing in the UK, where an estimated 900 have joined ISIS out of a Muslim population of around 3 million.

I think Pat Condell would be a good stand in for Jezza, after all he's frightfully good at upsetting those who deserve to be upset.I think Jeeza should give up TG completely and stand for political office....Jeeza for PM
he will sort out the jelly livered, bleeding heart PC liberals

Ah that's fine then. We just believe her that nothing untoward occurred which was then deleted from her e-mail server, along with those of Muslim Brotherhood linked Huma Abedin's, who also used a private email account. Hillary should be finished in politics now and the only question is whether further criminal charges should apply.

It is clear what attitude the large majority of posters have, and I would hazard a guess this is somewhat similar to the attitude of the UK population. In which case why do our politicians debase themselves and behave like jackasses in attempting to cover for a culture with a permanent chip on its shoulder which evidently hates everything we hold dear?

Perhaps it was a 'which four door saloon to use for vehicular jihad' feature which was the final straw. Sadly this news says more about the times we live in than it does about Jeremy Clarkson and what he may have said. The writing was in the wall for several years now..
I think it's over.
He was too un-PC for modern Blighty.

I guess they just hopped on the Jihad express, as the flight to near the Syrian border is called. Turkey are at best a passive facilitator for ISIS, though I suspect Erdogan really fancies himself as Caliph.

It seems like a great idea in theory until people get hoisted on their own petard when they forget to turn their cameras off to avoid filming their own criminal activity.

I fear we are sleepwalking into disaster. Supposing ISIS have only limited support then wiping them out should not be too difficult. If they have considerable support then Muslim nations intervening risk internal rebellion and European nations risk a rising number of terrorist attacks. We shall soon know which it is and I hope I'm wrong and the tiny minority are turned into smoking remains whilst the rest of us join hands and sing Kumbaya. This threat seems to be highly underestimated. This group is rising faster and bigger by the day, and we in our lifetimes have not seen such an evil group of people determined to take their place in the world. They are approximately 300 kms from Rome, and it is their desire, as they believe it is their destiny to march on Rome and cause death and destruction as they go. This will be our 3rd world war, depending on how quickly countries choose to act. If they act now, ISIS can be wiped out relatively quickly. If the leaders of the free world sit around discussing it for another two or three years, this group will spread like a vicious cancer, and will devour all in their way. Cut the head off the snake before it turns and bites you.

It's good to give a clear shot across the bows to Obama as well as the Iranian regime. I think it's worth remembering the Iranian embassy hostages were released the day Carter left office, I suspect any centrifuges left spinning would be stopped the day Obama leaves too.

Wake me up when an Israeli Arab actually is beheaded.
At least the responses by the Israel apologists give people who look forward to Palestine's nationhood equivalent excuse to rhetoric by Palestinian right-wingers.At least it gives bed wetting leftists and those with Israel derangement syndrome a talking point and a moral equivalence argument until you consider whether rhetoric is ever likely to be backed up by action.
No longer can any of you condemn Hamas leaders for saying something sensational....it's just rhetoric from a right winger, isn't it?

Here is a good summary as to how Obama has hung the Nigerian government out to dry. If it were a one off it might be put down to incompetence, but the list is as long as The list of far left or Muslim Brotherhood linked appointments in the U.S government.

Here are a few links to bookmark on the jihad being a result of poverty myth. I believe the son of a rich Nigerian businessman found jihad through depravation.

Are we to believe that every Country these Jihaddists travel from are beset by poverty, poor job prospects etc. and are we to believe this phenomenon is unique to Muslims who have a grievance with western policies, but that this grievance is purely political and not motivated by religion, even when the media propaganda which radicalized them repeatedly mentions reward in the afterlife and religious obligation?
Nope, surely we are not so stupid as to believe all that.

And perhaps misaligned can be the new PC word for treason." I remember landing under sniper fire and we had to run to the terminal building, no ceremony on the tarmac " said a smiling Hillary.
Later video showed her and Chelsea strolling off the plane and being greeted by children.
Not a problem as she explained it away simply saying she ' mispoke ' which was a euphemism for something else.
Telling the truth isn't a Clinton trait so expect a lot of ducking and weaving on this.
Poor dear, maybe this time she simply ' mistyped '.

Any vice is permitted, just so long as it furthers the cause of jihad, especially lucrative vices. You are welcome to call them hypocrites, but they are Islamic hypocrites.
James Cockayne, former co-director of the Center on Global Counterrerorism Cooperation said that Boko Haram is smuggling and using cocaine in huge quantities from Latin America.Where are the
muslimsmuslim apologists to tell me this isn't islam? It seems they only get hyper when it concerns the UK and Peado's
They've raped many children, as well Christians, as Muslims. And engaged them into prostitution.
They've also participation in the African multi billion poaching industry.
Not really hallal if you ask me...more Freud than Islam...
The crimes of Boko Haram who started in early 2002 can't be projected to the traditional, moderated global Muslim community...
OP refers to alliance in the making between Boko Haram and IS. They don't really make an allience with the traditional Muslims, as explained above.
Title should be : 'Boko Haram operates in barbary due to unseen cocktail of narcotics and Salafist ideology'.
Arab-Israelis not loyal to state should be beheaded, says Israel's FM
