for over 10yrs i had a fixed bank account for my retirement ext.with well over a million bht in it,korat immigration were always great IO'S knew how the acc.worked,that was untill 2yrs.ago when they started to have so called imm.police volunteers checking your paper work.first they dont know how a fixed acc.works and the last one insisted the 800k.had to be in the bank for 3months before,although my pass book showed it had been untouched for 9yrs,and she couldnt speak a word of english, 2yrs ago we were at imm.for 8hrs.last yr.5hrs.lets see next ext.when i present a bank acc.pass book with the same amount in it but this time it will be A SAVINGS ACCOUNT known in the uk.as a current account.also the volunteer wouldnt except a signed copy of my wife's id,with the blue book confirming my address,that was the same as the previous extensions.

the problem with this country is,dog licences,dog wardens,rules and regulutions first half the vehicles on the roads NO LICENES that is the drivers. dog wardens would be shot on sight. rules and regulations,nobody would take any notice. so answer must be JAIL TIME.

being a dog trainer for over 20yrs,a dog lover for over 65yrs,when i first saw how these dogs live here its a miricle that i have not been put too sleep.i just cant keep my mouth shut when i see some owners treating their dogs like footballs,these poor dogs only exist with no life at all,only misery.i would have no problem with having them put to sleep.when you see a dog outside a store that has attacked a child, its more proberly the dog was asleep,and as the old saying goes,LET SLEEPING DOGS LIE,dont try to pat the dog from above. nothing will ever change.
