  1. The only people I see being drugged are the Arabs by Ladyboys LOL last one was a 77 year old Muslim man who took 3 ladyboys back to his room and they drugged him with Xanax and the robbed him

Maybe the NCPO should ban Xanax too since it seems the people that do this have a choice of drugs

As for the 77 year old Muslim man all I have to say is ahhh Islam must be proud Alcohol drugs and 3 ladyboys a helluva party.

As for Islam, i guess it is better than the 77 virgin way!!!! facepalm.gif

  2. I don't think I would like to be one of the people that have built on government land (in Mae Rim around here) all the while planning some day to receive a owner's book or land title.....like a homesteader.....

Looks like those days are gone.....

Like i said back during the protests in Bangkok, the Military did a good job during the years i was stationed thruout Thailand.thumbsup.gif

  3. Actually guys, this IS high tech for Thailand- technology that is actually functioning and working properly- that is monumental!

Don't be so close minded about Thailand. In spite of it's many flaws, Thailand actually has a lot of well-functioning high-tech equipment/instruments. Ever flown into a Thai airport; or used Thai internet; or watched Thai satellite TV?

And to those who say Thai internet and satellite TV is terrible, all I can say is that they have been working quite well for me for many years. Yeah, a few problem sometimes, but no more than what I experience in USA.

How many drinks have you had??? No comparison to the U.S.A.!!!!

  4. Now we will here from all the cry babies who been living in Thailand with these tourist visa. Either get a proper visa or go home.

That has to be the most retarded post i have seen all year.

My thai gf is currently in my country on a tourist visa. She's been here for 2 years on it. How is it not a proper visa? she's not working or retired.

Also other countries allow for permanant residency. Thailand DOES NOT unless you want to become fullon thai. Im in my 20's and i dont work in thailand. I have kids and im not married. I don't keep money in a thai bank account. I can't get any kind of non-o. That makes me a tourist and nothing else.

    Well, you have a problem!!!!

  5. Now we will here from all the cry babies who been living in Thailand with these tourist visa. Either get a proper visa or go home.

If you do not know OR you do not WANT to help, Just dont post.....

FYI I have been living here since 6 years back now on extension of stay as retired,

So excuse me if I am purely interested in stuff like this... Apparently you are NOT

    Glegolo

You got a retirement visa not a tourist visa so you did it right.. then why are you bugging Mango bob???

  6. We all know when we hurt "her" feelings, she will give us the silent treatment for awhile.

The U.S. was very stupid for using a threat against the thai military, you can thank Obummer for that!!! i was at Thakli for the first Cobra gold in 82 when we brought over 7 F-4E'S from Clark AFB. We had to stay at Nakorn sawan because no hotels in THakli met U.S. standards. It was great, and we were the only country involved in this exercise. We were treated like royalty. So much for the good old days!! sad.png

  7. Yet TG has the highest prices. Where is the money going.

More overpaying of the elite bosses I suspect.

I am a Royal Orchid member but usually fly other Star Alliance members.

I only flew Thai because of the non-stop flights from L.A to Bangkok, everyday. Now they do not have the nonstop but charge the same price and only fly 3 times a week. i paid the higher price because of the non-stop portion but now, they are on the end of the line. Still will not lower prices so time to shut them down.. no more black paint either!!! no management skills whatsoever!!!! wai2.gif

  8. Very strange timing for the army to enforce martial law.

The talks are deadlocked but they have been for months now so I wonder why now?

Maybe suteps threat for his last final push to get a million on the streets which was just another hollow threat however the reds reaction of heading to bangkok might have swayed them to act but why now?

Quite clearly the bias is once again been shown by the army shutting the red tv channel while the yellow channels are free to operate .

The reaction from the reds is going to be interesting as sutep has been allowed free reign in bangkok for 6 months now and all his allies or what he thought were allies in the end did not back so it upped the ante once again.

I don't know why the military moved now as I don't see what's going to achieve in the long run instead of making a bad situation worse.

The people of Thailand once again see demroracy hijacked.!

What do you expect? The Royal Thai Army is a "ROYALIST" organization they apparently acted when war weapons were allegedly discovered in a vehicle belonging to a "red"MP in Bangkok. wai2.gif

Watch out!!! The real Thai Army is coming from KORAT!!!!

  9. This martial law is very convenient for Suthep, It means he will stop protesting and will not report himself later on this month at police, not that he had any intention doing so from the start.

    The saga continues.

Martial law is great!!! Since 1970 i have been in and out of Thailand during Martial law. Is great to get off the plane and see the empty steets of Bangkok and just pass thru a checkpoint on the way to my hotel.

Both sides are restricted by martial law so quit trying to say it is against the poor Red shirts!!!! Besides, the Red shirts need to be reeled in now!!! not let loose like they did in 2010!!!!!

  10. judicial coup

imagine Obama not being able to replace his security chief - her choice of successor is irrelevant even if unwise (if unwise the electorate can show that at an election)

Wish we could change Obama!!! I hope Yingluck and her Cabinet are kicked to the curb!!!!

  11. This targets bars, pubs, nightclubs and other "entertainment venues" in Bangkok. So, what about all the Thai restaurants/karaoke places that are rarely seen by tourists/foreigners and stay open until sun up? Business as usual???

The Karaoke clubs in Korat are open 24 Hours a day, not much singing going on!!!! w00t.gif

  12. No time for rest, there is much for this lady, the face of democracy in Thailand to do:

1, Defeat the flailing coup attempt

2, win a crushing victory in the ensuing election

3, Round up and lock up the street thugs who caused this mess

4, Round up and lock up the behind the scenes string pullers and financiers who masterminded this mess

5, Clean out the corrupted public officials who have destroyed the independence of the courts, the military and the NGO's - lock them up too

6, Preside over a new referendum to fix the damage done to the 1997 constitution

7, And finally, return to doing the peoples work by implementing PTP policy that has and will continue to improve the lives of everyday Thais

    You go get'em girl!

You better stay away from the Ya Bah!!!!! and Meth!!!!

  13. lucky thailand still has expats living here dumping money into this country even tho they are made to jump thru hoops

Time for the expats to move!!!! Only an idiot would continue to stay in a country where you are treated like dirt!!! They only want your money to support their families and they are just hoping you die soon. Sad but true! sad.png
