The phones I have used for years allow me to deny all Permissions to every App if I wish to. I never considered that this will be any different with other manufacturers, but I now find that Samsung forces Permissions to many apps. Currently the "Permission manager" shows that I am forced to give access to "Phone" to 10 apps, Storage to 3 apps, Contacts to 2 apps and Call Logs, Camera, and Location to 1 app each. This is 24/7 forever, no options for the owner. Samsung's answer to Google Assistant is Bixby. Bixby Routines gets perpetual permission for 5 of those, and Bixby Voice gets access to 6. But actually Samsung has access to more than this, as there are many pre-installed apps which are not listed by the Permission manager for some reason, and some of these also have irrevocable Permissions. I cannot accept this situation.

No Facebook access. Anybody sell to a local store they recommend? Also isn't there a "Recycler" type publication - hard copy or net - where people sell used items?

What was the charge for all minus the cost of the multifocal lenses?

Try a different DTAC shop? If it's like Immigration, banks, etc., you could get a different result.

Non mesh repair IS "natural tissue" repair I believe. I wouldn't consider Shouldice based on what I read. Someone posted somewhere a detailed report on the total Shouldice experience. You should be able to find it with a search but it appears you are not into doing much research. My recollection of his account: Horrible staff attitudes; Horrible administration; Poorly organized; Outdated facilities; Overpriced upselling extras (post op Massages); etc. Immediate Red Flag - One cannot choose one's doctor.

Read up on it! I read up on both Shouldice and mesh, and said "No" to both. Had 1 of the few doctors left who does non mesh repair do the operation.

You chose Shouldice for non-mesh surgery and are willing to fly Thailand to Canada for it. Why are you looking for mesh repair?

"You can bring your phone to any authorized Samsung dealer/Samsung shop in Asia." I was at the Samsung store at Maya a few days ago, and the clerk told me there is a 1 year Warranty - "Thailand only". I asked "Can only be used in Thailand?" "Yes". ???

I assume you are excluding alcohol and tobacco, which actually are dangerous to one's health and to others.

Once I am in the official Samsung store, is there a way I can Search for specific models within the official store only? If I am in the Samsung official store and use the Search magnifying glass and specify a model it shows me that model from all stores. The specific model sold in the official store is buried within a list of that model sold by all stores.
