Just to support my points. At first the air conditioning guy tried to installed the compressor unit the easy way, in the small space between concrete beam and the wall. My father said the space will be too confined and the rain could flood the compressor unit and asked him to installed it above the concrete beam.

+ Sometime they will install the compressor where rain water can flood or damage your compressor
+ Sometime they will install it too close to the wall so your room won't get cool and expensive bills

I suppose you could talk to them and work it out? I'm sure they don't mind extra income

I like their coconut cream pie and the key lime pie. Ive had the burger it was horrible. The owner is a friend of my mother and she is in her 70s I think she doesn't like to eat meat or beef that's why the food sucks.

Try the Rib fingers meat they sometime have at Rimping, I just made a burger out of them. Much cheaper than Chuck and very moist.

Prime beef from Rimping does the trick for me.

I make burgers , steaks and roast beef from it.

500 bph is not bad at all! watch out for Filipinos teacher! there are many of those in CM.
