  1. I think that's a fair enough assessment. It was not a good performance but not as catastrophic as some say. I don't think many people thought "wow, I'm going with Kamala" as a result. Where I don't agree is that everyone has made up their minds. Aggregate is around 3.5% of the voting population. They can swing any battleground state. There's an even bigger coterie of Silent Trump voters. But I maintain by far the biggest coterie of voters are those who cannot stand Trump. If Harris wins this election it will be anti-trump hatred that hands her the White House.
  2. So far the American left has been quiet, Republicans are rejoicing. I'll be interested to see what the left tries to salvage from this disaster.
  3. I watched it. This was hilarious Baier: “If you’re turning the page…you’ve been in office for 3.5 years.” Harris: “Trump has been running for office…” Baier: “But you’ve been IN office!” Harris: “You and I both know what I’m talking about.” Baier: ““Actually i don’t know what you’re talking about.”
  4. Good. You're an experienced man. Some guys walk into bars and are immediately defensive and hostile. No one can argue that, we've all seen people who are not happy until they are unhappy. Just be a gentleman and give the lassie enough money to buy lunch the next day. And if you are settling down for the night, in a regular bar, do what petermilk suggests. Buy the girls a bottle of Sangsom for their table. Do that and you'll get through the Fourth Wall that eludes too many so-called "experts." It makes life far easier and enjoyable that constantly being on "lady drink" guard.
  5. I note the replies doubting what you say. I'm amazed anyone doubts this. They must live under a rock. Incredible stuff. These girls ain't stupid. They know the difference between a tourist, a cheap charlie and a guy that plays the game.
  6. Looks right to me, the last one I saw was 54% for Trump and the latest polls aren't looking good for Kamala. Early voting is not looking all that good for Harris either - battleground states only. https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/2024-elections/early-vote
  7. The rise of the smart phone has rendered many plot devices worthless. Also, it's wiped out attention spans, and attention expectations.
  8. You mean the case that doesn't exist except in the head of conspiracy theorists? Utter balloons
  9. Manafort was charged with four counts of failing to file reports of foreign bank and financial accounts while Gates was charged with three. The charges arise from Manafort's consulting work for a pro-Russian government in Ukraine and are unrelated to the Trump campaign.
  10. Honestly, it's laughable. Years later - long after Mueller and even Bob Woodward said there was nothing on Trump, and these conspiracy theorists still can't let it go.
  11. Russia, Russia, Russia - fascist, fascist, fascist - ludicrous Laughing stock material.
  12. Out and out trolling, this individual is desperate for attention.
  13. Conspiracy theorists at it again. Russia, Russia, Russia, fascist, fascist, fascist. Utterly deranged, straight from Cuckoo's Nest central casting.
  14. That was good of you posting the early voting figures - I see Trump is in line to win GA, AZ and NV.
  15. Update - 70% support for the Dems from black men, down from 85% for Biden. Oh, dear. What a shame
  16. It clearly doesn't occur to the <removed> Brigade that they are the most gullible people on planet earth.
  17. With less than a month before the US presidential elections, Democrats fear declining support in an important demographic. https://www.aljazeera.com/news/2024/10/14/kamala-harris-promises-opportunity-for-black-men-amid-waning-support
  18. You need to be mentally ill to believe that the grandfather of Jewish children is a Nazi. The same guy that moved the US embassy to Jerusalem and introduced the Abraham Accords. Genuinely, mentally ill. Some of you really need to wake up.
  19. Historically weak support for the Dems among the African-American community, worst since 1960. Wow - https://www.realclearpolitics.com/video/2024/10/14/cnns_harry_enten_harris_margin_of_victory_among_young_black_men_half_of_obamas_in_2012_historically_weak.html
  20. Our resident conspiracy theorist appears to forget that Congressional seats are available in non-swing states. Trump campaigning on behalf of fellow Republicans in tight races is appreciated. The more pertinent question is - why does Trump feel comfortable enough to not concentrate on swing states? Anyway, hilarious that within a couple of days of Saint Barack effing up his "appeal" to black men, Harris has had to announce a targeted policy to try and get these men back on side, The BBC is reporting that she has 78% support within the black community according to a New York Times/Sienna poll. If that's the case, this election will be a Trump landslide as the usual support figure is 90%. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cm24g1nj364o
  21. Dear me. Pathetic. If "brain drain" was a genuine issue the NHS would collapse today.
  22. Georgia is the one to watch. We all know the importance of swing states but going even deeper, Atlanta turnout won that state for Biden. The Dems really could have done without irritating A-A men. They're risking an election day boycott, never mind possibly encouraging some to switch sides.
  23. I can't be bothered interacting with mentally ill trolls.
  24. It's conspiracy theorists like you that will lose this election for the Democrats.
