And violence flared up .. Any surprise .? It goes too far when you can't go out to shop , eat or enjoy yourself without fearing of getting water chucked or sprayed over you .. And it goes on too long a couple of days are more than enough .. 

This used to be the rule in Pattaya many moons ago, all water throwing stopped at 18:00hrs so other businesses could make money; no-one want to go out for a meal and be soaked before getting there, bring back the time limit and I agree two days is long enough to be wasting water...!!

Could be an advert for dunking donuts ....

The parents of the two boys should be prosecuted for allowing the children to be riding a motorcycle out on the open roads.

When will they get the message, Thailand is now too expensive plus it has been made plainly obvious the people in power don't want any farangs living here - Outcome, no tourists.... QED

More like it was the first time she was caught...!!!

One of the problems is the way the authorities have made the Foreigners feel unwanted with the exception of the money they spend...... we are just ATM's in their eyes and if they do not wake up to this fact the number of foreigners will continue to fall and it will take a long time (if ever) to get them to come back. Pattaya has grown too quickly and the powers that be want to change from working class to Prince's overnight and show nothing but contempt for the people that have lived, worked and raised families here contributing to the rise in the standard of living & knowledge that has been passed on to others within the individual work forces who indeed were mostly Thais. It is a shame that the people in power appear to have forgotten the good that the Farang has done.

I hate to say this but the authorities should be held in part responsible, after all they did report that going the wrong way along a road and failing to stop at a red light were only minor offences....!!!!!

I'm afraid Mr Anders has lost the plot, does he not realise that road accidents also occur because of these pests roaming the streets especially early in the mornings when many people like to be out exercising, be it walking, running, cycling etc. and are continuously harassed by packs of dogs which are also not adversed to chasing cyclists, motorcycles & causing motor vehicles to swerve in order to miss them. In the UK one is taught to brake but not swerve if an animal (Animal being the key word) runs out in front of a vehicle in order to reduce the risk of causing an accident with another vehicle or to a pedestrian which to me makes much more sense. 

Pattaya should be next on the list, Jomtien Beach & surrounding area is a positive breeding ground for stray dogs ask anyone who exercises early morning along beach road....
